Sigma Couriers — delivery pending for 5 days | |
Airway bill no: uc669795 Icici bank had dispatched courier vide above referred airway bill, this courier was supposed to be delivered on 5th apr 2019. I have been chasing with sigma courier, vashi on daily basis and every day i am getting assurance that the courier will be delivered by end of the day. It is extremely disgusting that a financial shipment is getting such a poor treatment and customer is being fooled with hollow assurances. I tried to reach the mobile number of vashi unit but no response was given despite several calls. I want to mention that this is gross negligence on part of service.
