Silicon Honda — Poor service

I had bought a scooter honda activa which is approximately 10 months old and accessories fitted to the vehicle are not good and i had asked the staff where i had purchased the vehicle to solve the issue they were not ready to repair nor replace.
So i request you to address this issue on my behalf to the concerned authority
