I've been enrolled into the Ai Engineer course and participated until the 11 of August. While studying the entire course disappeared. That includes classes, videos, books, notes, lab files, progress, personal assignment files... everything. The only thing on my profile was the message "pick a course to start studying"
Ticket to customer service remained unanswered for 2 days. The only response to my phonecalls was that "they're looking into it". I was asked to wait 24 hours, then 48, then another 48, then another 48...
After finally asking for a refund, I am notified that the course is "back online". What they didn't mention was that my progress was reset and all my files, notes and assignment material were gone. Course progress is back to 0% and two weeks worth of studying went out the window.
I simply cannot go through the whole thing again, nor I want to. I had even taken time off work as part of the live classes was at 3am.
Customer service denied me a refund as the "issue was fixed". Not only the issue wasn't fixed, and no explanation was given as to what happened and why it wouldn't happen again, but they didn't even have the dignity to admit their mistake and allow me to discontinue that problematic and unreliable service.
Unfortunately I don't have any other means to fight for my rights, but I'll keep sharing my experience and warn as many people as possible.
