Good Morning, I enrolled for the PMP certification with Simplilearn, and initially, everything went smoothly. I followed the preparation pattern and submitted my application to PMI. However, when I attempted to proceed with the exam, I was prompted to make a payment. Upon reaching out to Simplilearn for my PMP exam voucher, my accounts manager informed me that the voucher had expired and that I would need to reenroll in the course.
I fully understand that there are governing body norms, but at no point was I informed about the expiration or the need for reenrollment. If a resolution is not provided in my favor, I will be left with no option but to escalate this matter further by filing a complaint with the online consumer court and raising awareness on social media.
