[Resolved] Simplilearn — Simplilearn not providing the exam vocuher to take CISSP exam

I had requested for re-take of CISSP exam which is declined by the exam support team.
While registering for the CISSP course Mr Swapnil who had coordinated and specified that the following criteria is met.
Then I will be eligible to re-take CISSP exam.

I had attended the training class with 100% attendance and cleared all the simulation training exam with 76%.
Later I had requested with Simplilearn support team to register for the CISSP exam.
The Ticket number is 03032473. The support team mentioned now are allowed to booking the CISSP exam date.
I went ahead gave exam on 6th Oct, 2025. Unfortunately I could not clear the exam.

Now I am requesting to provide the exam to re-take the CISSP exam. But Exam support team has declined my request.
