Simplilearn — Invalid Voucher provided 01599876 n 01607153

I received an invalid voucher for booking for a certification exam and I raised a complaint on 8th February 2023 with reference number 01599876 and a follow up grievance 01607153, but still my issue hasn't been resolved. Deeply frustrated and disappointed with the kind of service received from Simplilearn. Now I am forced to believe that I made payment to a FRAUD company.
