[Resolved] Simplilearn — Paid but no course provided so requested for refund | |
I paid a total amount of Rs.33, 039/- today i.e. 19-Nov-2021. But access to the course CEH and other complementary courses were not given. Even customer support cannot be reached on the number they provided. For waiting for hours the phone gets disconnected automatically. No email correspondence also not there for support or report. Only point of contact is the consultant who convinced me to take the course i.e. Subhashree. Now after such painful service on the first day i.e. 19-Nov-2021 only Im demanding refund. I suppose they will be delaying as they are showing 7days to review only. On the payment day only I have got the taste of simplilearn's service so please give my money back as soon as possible. Dec 5, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved after 15 business days they have refunded the amount to the source account. Simplilearn customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
