Simplilearn — PRINCE II foundation and practitioner course exam not getting registered on peoplecert site

Hello Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Simplilearn since I firmly believe they are performing fraud by just pulling people to enroll for training programs by showing lower amount initially. I recently completed a training program with Simplilearn and was assured that I would be able to enroll for the relevant exam upon completion of the program. However, I have been unable to enroll for the exam despite numerous attempts and follow-ups with your team. This is not only a breach of your company's promise but also a waste of my time and money. I trusted Simplilearn to provide me with the necessary resources and support to achieve my professional goals, but instead, I have been left frustrated and disillusioned. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue and a refund of my training fees. Additionally, I expect an explanation for the delay and the lack of support provided by your team. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities and take legal action against Simplilearn for fraudulent activity. I hope that we can resolve this issue amicably and avoid any further inconvenience or damage to my professional and personal life. I have all the evidences which provides the bifurcation of the amount which states both training and exam cost separately can attach everything if need be.

Hello team,

Sorry to say but i have been hearing this since day 1 and now when I go on internet and check your name there are complaints like me all over so it's not just me there are people who have been duped just like me I want either resolution or refund back...simply asking me to complete my profile won't work because I have already done that with people cert and they have told me there is nothing wrong with my profile so stop making fool of people please just refund my money back so that I can go ahead and and finish my course somewhere else rather than wasting my time till exams have just gone and I will be then told that nothing can be done...
