[Resolved]  Simplilearn — Refund and Cancellation of Emi

I have enrolled in "Cyber Security Expert" Master's program on 3rd December. Due to financial constraints i couldn't continue with the program as i currently i am jobless and going through a tough time. On 4th Dec i asked "Shivam Jindal" marketing agent who was selling me the product over phone to cancel it he and he was offering me this and that i knew he was stalling as after 7 days i cant get refund as per their policy. After not getting any confirmation, he didnt take any action regarding the issue. Finally on 6th Dec i filed a complain on their website and submit a ticket for "Refund and Cancellation of the Emi" which was done by a third Party website called "Liquiloans". Today on 7th Dec i get a mail confirming of disbursement from liquiloans which again proves they have not told liquiloans about the cancellation of the EMI i fear the 7 day policy period will be over and i wont get my refund and the emi wont be cancelled. I cant pay the dept right now as i dont have any jobs and i am mentally horrified everyday for the prospect of paying money for a course i have not touched a day. Now "Shivam Jindal" is ignoring my calls and messages for like 3 days and every day the stress keeps growing.
I want them to immediately cancel the EMI and refund the preciously paid 11500 since it is still not been 7 days yet and my worries keep me awake at night.

Yesterday On 7th Dec "Shoaib Ahmed" called me he told he is the Sr Business Manager at Simplilearn and wanted to convince me to withdraw the refund request. I explained him my situation and that it is not possible for me to continue this program and how important the refund is for me right now in this time of need. He told me he will proceed from his side and send me a mail. I didint get any mail till today "8th Dec" so i called him and now his tone is totally different. He is saying that i cant get my initial 11500 i paid them and they can only pay back the money to Liquiloans, i told him its in their Policy that i can get refund within 7 days and he is just beating around the bush and saying its a long process it has many stages and many people will call you. This clearly feels like harassment when they want the money its only one call when they get it and its time for refund which is clearly stated in their policy cant cant keep the commitment.
