Dear Simplilearn Team,
I appreciate you for refund of my 2nd invoice(INVOICE# SSPL1998939).
But at the same time I had paid 10500/- which is 1st invoice (INVOICE# SSPL1994661) its been 3 months now its not initiated as my learning consultant and customer executive is always saying once after initiating 2nd invoice we would initiate 1st invoice that is of 10500/- . Its been totally 3 months now just procrastinating and answering badly always saying we need to do it manually our finance team would rich out and would refund. I am having all the recordings and screenshots of above said thigs.
Once again requesting you to initiate remaining amount. Kindly see attatched invoices.
