Initially, I used to receive 110 calls daily regarding the PMP requirement. Consequently, I enrolled in the program. However, after completing my enrollment, I didn't hear back from anyone. Taking matters into my own hands, as I had paid for the course, I met all the requirements and planned to take the exam. When I reached out to customer care support for the PMI membership and exam voucher, I was informed that something had expired and I would need to repay the entire amount again. This news left me in complete shock.
I have tried reaching out to numerous people regarding this issue, but there has been no resolution from anyone. I am not the only one going through this phase, as several others are experiencing the same problem. I urge you to address this issue promptly, as it feels like we are being cheated in the name of Simplilearn.
