I sent multiple emails and tickets last year August, this year January, March, June and July due to dissatisfaction and didn't receive any response or resolution. You may notice I have explicitly mentioned for a REFUND. There are tons of other logs from my email to Simplilearn either as tickets or via email ever since I joined the course.
I have been constantly doing round robin with Simplilearn customer support and have no response on the tickets or via customer care. So this is the final mail I am dropping, If I don't get a refund in the next 7 days, I will be going to consumer court.
I have asked for Refund last year, you can check logs, due to wrong information passed from your sales team to make me sign up for the program. I was told that we will be taught be faculty from Purdue, but when I joined course some 2 years experience faculty from India was teaching us, entire batch revolted and ever since then 3 faculties were changed and till date there was no faculty from Purdue teaching the course, I myself have 6 years of experience in the domain, why should I go back and learn basics from someone who has less industry exposure than me and on top of it paying around a lac for something that I already know with cheap study material. I could get 100 times more value from Udemy at 399 for the same.
Having said that, I noticed that most of the students from my batch were withdrawn from the program and refunded or provided with certificates without course completion, I CAN NAME. - EVEN RECENTLY. Why is Simplilearn treating students differently?
Looking forward to getting a resolution ASAP on this.
