Simplilearn — very bad customer service | |||||
I have some queries related to the course which i have enrolled and raised the 11 tickets according to that but till date no solution has been provided by simplilearn. They used to give fake promises regarding the course and the placement. Now i got to know that they are feku can not able to resolve the simple queries. I have written to director — customer experience Vivek sridhar - vivek. [protected]@simplilearn.com but no answer from him also. Very very bad service.
