Skechers India — 22612, 31403 product code. foot hurts in both shoes.

I have purchased style no 22612 size blck color 8size in india 6 months back.
And 31403 in bangkok 15days back.
But sorry to say i am very very disappointed with the fit of both the shoes.
In the style 1 my toes hurt very badly and in second shoe my back foot hurts.. I have a bad shoe bite in both shoes.
I really want u to plz help me to solve my problem. I really love your shoes and have been using this brand since 10years. But these 2 shoes have surprisingly disappointed me.
Looking forward for a good response from ur side. If any o[censored]r store in india can help me to replace these shoes it would be a gr8 help n i would be the most happiest customer.
