last in mrch parchege 1 footwear from ifestyle inorbit malad mumbai i 3 manth my footwear's upper portio from back side id damege its realty surprising for me . its in 6 mth warnty peread pruduct. so plz replece my footwear but u know what is problem. U r shop keeper have my footwear for replacement. But he told me it's rear to rear cash for the exchange. My question is for this price is 5500 & in 3 manth u r product is a not duerable. So what is meaning . It mins 5500 for 1 footwear . Pls give me proper fide back mail me ya cl me on my no. [protected]. Atherton than I m going in consumer forum. Thanks

Hi,

I purchased 3 pairs of sketchers for my family members on 4th July'2018. The one which I purchased for myself (SSRUN 10 Navy) is defective in sole design. Today I went for walk and was encountered with a pain in the left ankle. I checked the shoe sole and was surprised to see a difference in size of the soles. The left sole was much bigger than the right one. Also, the ankle pillar of the left sole is more protruded as compared to the right sole. Never expected such kind of design failure, I hope that every pair is thoroughly tested before commercial sale.

As I am continuously traveling for the next 10 days, it will not be possible for me to revisit the Hyderabad store before 18th July'2018. Please suggest

Hello, i am chandresh dangar from rajkot, gujarat. I have buyed tour go flex model shoes from a your store in crystall mall rajkot. But next day it got defected from front and i submitted it back to your store and they told that it will be send to mumbai for further process about replacement. But after a week they called me and are sayind that this shoes has been repaired then what is that viable that only one day used shoe shoud get repaired? I am totally unhappy to use this defective shoes. Please reply if possible. This is not first time that i am buying there company shoes.

I bought skechers men go walk from a skechers retail store in pralhadnagar ahmedabad. Now after walking with these shoes i felt a small gal on inner part of left sole, i went to the store where the guy said its a small extra cut in left sole and they wont do anything about it. Only after quarreling he did get ready to take my compaint but i haven't received a reply from the store managaer yet. Plus though in the bill its written that shoes...

I have purchased a pair of Skecher Air shoes - SN 51492 by placing a order on jabong.com by order no [protected] dated 22.12.2017 .which was delivered to me on 28th Dec.

I was very happy to receive the same but while using them It was not a Good Quality Product,

Its inner lining was torn from the Heel side with 5~6 months of normal use.

I am really surprised that How can a sub standard material can be used in Skechers shoes, and the same is sold to the Customer.

You need to really look after your Quality Control Process

I have purchased skechers slippers for my mother hoping that it would be of best quality but withing 2 months it started tearing from top. I have purchased so many items from skechers but i am seeing this kind of quality first time. Even local items dont tear in 1-2 month. I hope skechers understand that we pay too much just because of quality and if don't get that this is not good with customers. Can you please replace the item. It seems that there is no quality check in skechers now.

I had bought shoes on womens day in 20 percent off which got torn in 2 months only wgich look so bad. It didnt stuck in anything . I wear it very carefully but all of the threas and the cloth has started to torn and it looks so bad .I had spent my whole pocket money to buy it as i really liked but i m highly disapponted. Its my request to pease do someting about it.

It's been 10 days since i have purchased a new pair of skechers n it's so called memory foam is making noise. I went to the allahabad store gave them the product n confirmed that it's defective instead of changing it they said leave the product for a day n we will mend it but when i went to pick up the product it was in the same condition so i decided i will exchange the product but they said that we have to wait for the mail from our senior...

I had purchased a black shoe from skechers, city one mall, pune on 7/4/2018 for rs. 5000.
The design is combination of net over shoe material.
I have been using it from 1month, 15days to be precise. The shoe is comfortable and perfect. Unfortunately, its been only 2 months and the net of the shoe has torned from centre.
Also, when i wiped the dust of the shoe using a wet cloth, there appeared to be white patches on the black which has brought down the entire quality and look of the shoe. Didnt try much to make it disappear as it would only further result in white patches.
I was told that in case of any wear and tear and other kind of damage within 6 months, the company will replace the shoe. I expect the same will be done.

I have purchased style no 22612 size blck color 8size in india 6 months back.
And 31403 in bangkok 15days back.
But sorry to say i am very very disappointed with the fit of both the shoes.
In the style 1 my toes hurt very badly and in second shoe my back foot hurts.. I have a bad shoe bite in both shoes.
I really want u to plz help me to solve my problem. I really love your shoes and have been using this brand...

I bought a bathroom slippers in may 2017, within one month the upper layer of that slippers started removing. I complained at tge showroom, he kept that n assured for replacement. After two months i fot the replacement but not the exact that.
To my surprise in six months that also broken. If skechers product is such a low category than why to spend 2000 on bathroom slippers. I can get 5 slippers of bata in the same price or one good slipper of crox.
I can put it on fb but don want to spoil ur image.

I have bought a sketcher show cash memo number: cm/6699/18, for rs. 4799, on 30/03/2018 from pheonix market city mall pune and it got compressed from the center with 2 weeks of the use. So i have shown the same to the store on 15/04/2017, they said they will file a compliment mail and reply me within a week but i have not received any response even after 15 so called them today, 01/05/2018, they said there is no final response from the manufacturer till now. They have given me customer care numbers which are not working and my complaint id reference as 11093, which i am not sure is correct or fake. Please look into the matter. I am very disappointed from the brand.

Bought skechers from stylco furnishers skechers 72-73 the mall shimla vide cash memo no cm/0493/17 dated 16/12/2017 for inr 4799.01. Within a week shoes compressed from the back, it was shown to the dealer and i was given assurance to keep wearing for 2 months and after that it will be considered for exchange under 180 days. But on last visit they simply declined. Its a complete cheating of consumer. Looking forward for filing complaint with hp consumers redressal forum

I purchase a pair of skechers shoes on 31 january 2018 with cost of rs. 6500 in showroom of sector 17 chandigarh. After 2 months it started rupturing from lower side of the shoes. First of all i mailed company about the shoes. They demanded for original copy of invoice. I mailed them copy of original invoice and pictures of the shoes. But now there is no reply. Kindly pay back my money.

I have purchased skechers shoes from indore for rupees 5300. The model is skechers go strike altitude. (54210/char). Within a usage of one month, the support of shoes started deattching from the body. I have not expected such a product from skechers for such a high cost. I request the company to initiate refund for my shoes as i was told by the retailer...

Ironically, I had purchased the most premium shoes of the most premium brand. That is Skechers ultra go run R. (Rs. 9, 000/-) Within few days it started showing a defect. In the holes of the front upper mesh, there was one hole which was larger than other holes. It was growing larger every day.
I complained to the store. There Mr. Shubham assured me that it will be replaced but I will have to wait for the hole to grow bigger, prominent and noticeable. I kept on contacting and visiting him weekly. He asked me to send pictures of the shoes. I sent him the pictures.
Now all of a sudden he tells me that my claim has been rejected.
Pls note this is not a wear and tear case. The defect was there since I purchased the shoes. It became noticeable after few days.

Customer care is not responding to emails and phones.

It's very disheartening that after purchasing such a costly and premium brand shoe, the customer has to face harassment.
Please replace the shoes and save me from a bitter experience.

I had bought a sketchers performance meb shoes in the month of november for running and apparently the sole of the shoes started wearing of a week back. I had bought the shoes from the sketchers showroom in seawoods central mall, navi mumbai. Though i bought the shoes on discount i am unhappy with the condition of the shoe. I have been using sketchers shoes for 5 years now but this is the first time i have faced this for any of the shoes i have purchased
Looking forward for a positive response.

I bought sketcher's shoe for my wife from ambience gurgaon. They made a bill of rs. 4799. Out of this i paid rs. 3000 by cash and i asked the person available on counter to take balance from credit card. That gentleman charged me full amount i. E. Rs. 4799 from my credit card. I did not check the same at that time and later on because the bill and credit card receipt were not matching, i got a call from ambience about the same. Later on when i did not get my money back, i called up to their store and asked the customer care number or email id to register a complain. On which mrs. Ankita singh denied giving the number and when i said her that i will complain about you as well, on which she remarked, "ok, go ahead". It is ridiculous on part of sketcher and since i have all proof, i will take up this matter further up to consumer care unit.
