on 3/6/18
It has not been even 3 months and they have torn .For your reference I’m attaching the pic of slippers as well as payment receipt .

Gwalior model number T-skechers spor[protected] upper gripping of shoes get loose withing a month it very uncomfortable to wear kindly return the product or refund the amount in my bank account as early as possible.

    I have purchased a shoes ti gift my dad after few days i found there is a minor defect in the shoes i visited to store to get it exchanged they were like you have purchased online we cant help you out its all over india warranty i hv the bill,
    I want to get my shoes replaced rather ill go for consumer court.

    I have buy a sleeper on 24/4/2018, there some manufacturer defect and i was exchange from cp outlet but the new sleeper also defected i report with in 5 days, they told me exchange already done, we have nothing to do so. Please change my sleeper my billing detail...cm/108/18 and my mob no. [protected]

      I have purchased Sketcher shoes from their J M Road Pune shop on 10.03.18 vide their invoice no cm 2533/18 but due to inferior quality, it is damaged in very short time. I have attached photo of the same so I am expecting the replacement under warranty of company.
      Sketcher had given us six month guarantee so we want replacement of shoes on immediate basis.
      I had already visited their J M Road shop but they are asking to send the mail to customer care so I have send the mail to customer care but they are not responding.

        I have purchased a new pair of skech-air shoes 6 months back from hyderabad central.
        I am experiencing severe pain in my legs after i complete my routine walk/run.
        I have spend rs 3000 for the pair of shoes, however, they are not in use due to the issue.
        Could you look into the grievance and replace them with new pair of shoes.

        Purchased a shoe 3 days ago from a Skechers store in Jayanagar Bangalore. When I had tried the fit was perfect. But when I wore that show at home, it has caused skin peeling and roughness. Please take this into priority and provide me with a bigger size.

          Hi team,

          I purchased men goga max shoes on the date[protected] from skechers showroom at phoenix mall lower parel.
          I have purchased the pair in sale at price - inr 3899.

          I use the shoe pair almost every alternate day to commute to my office.
          Day by day the shoes condition is getting worst.

          I am not happy with the quality of the product, i paid a sum of inr 3899 and i want you to replace it the product.

          I have attached the bill details and shoes images.

            Skechers:Phoenix MarketCity, Chennai store there were offers running, and i purchased GoWalk 4. After reaching home I left it. On Sunday morning for walk when i opened it one shoe's size was UK 6 and another was UK 7. Later I called to the store and asked the store manager, he asked me to come. All the way from my home say which is 20km far away, I went there to exchange it.
            But the store manager was the worst salesman or customer unfriendly person i have ever met in my life. From 7:40 p.m. i was in the stores till 9:05 pm and he couldn't even apologise or at least say a sorry.No one were attending us for a long time after shouting he assigned a person [who had a lot of hair in the entire store n most useless fellow is the least we can call by name] who was playing hide n seek with us. After all the time the solution given by manager was it usually happens with SKECHERS and its offer time. So if i need he showed me another slip on and i asked for black colored once as the one i purchased was black but salesman said only ash-blue colored one was in offer. After ### up this much too i said okay as i didnt have much time but they asked me to pay more money as it had a price difference. I demanded the store manager who was there all the time went missing suddenly.

              Hi,

              I bought a skechers goflex walk on 13th oct 2017, from one of your stores (Gaurav tower, malviya nagar), my shoes haven't completed a year yet they have started to cut from the same point.

              Not only the single shoe but both the shoes from my pair have started to cut or break from a similar point. I love skechers and also promote it wherever it is possible, but this time i am not happy with the quality of the product, i paid a sum of rs 5500 and i want you to replace it, or refund.

              Please go through the attachments, in the attachments you will find images of my shoes and an image of the bill.

              Please help me asap, waiting for a positive response, thank you.

                I am priyanshi.
                I bought sketcher slippers in april, 2018 for rs. 2999.
                Within 10 days of the purchase the strap of the right foot slipper got loose, thus slipping out of the foot continuously.
                I immediately complained about the issue to the shopkeeper but he kept on telling me to come next time.
                He was of no help until last time when he asked me to complaint about the issue to sketchers complaint forum.
                Kindly help me out with this issue as these are expensive slippers and i didn't expect such problems rising with the product of company like sketchers

                  I bought my sketchers shoes 2 months back but the problem of bad quality laces keeps me annoyed every time I weary shoes also the shoe material quality is not up to the mark. I am a loyal customer since last 3 years of this brand. I want you guys to take some action. Though I feel my shoes must be replaced as the showroom people are not ready to listen.

                  I bought a casual shoe from your outlet 10 months ago.I regret to inform you that some of the joints (stitch) got damaged and its getting bad day by day.I haven’t used this pair much.
                  I attached two photographs showing the complaint that I reffered above.
                  I bought Sketchers shoes on Jan 2018, but with in 6 months its condition is worst. I can send you image if you want.
                  my shoes got torn with in 6 months.
                  if you spend 5000 on shoes then it should be used for an year or so.
                  but in 6 months I didn't expect this from sketchers.

                      Just got a sandle with memory foam sole from Skechers. Its been hardly a month and the bottom of the sandle has started to wear off.
                      I was told about its rough and tough use and durability in all weathers.
                      This piece was under 1 or 2 years warranty/gurrantee and I bought it for 3725 INR with 30% discount.

                      Expecting some prompt action to be taken against the retailer in RAIPUR.

                        last in mrch parchege 1 footwear from ifestyle inorbit malad mumbai i 3 manth my footwear's upper portio from back side id damege its realty surprising for me . its in 6 mth warnty peread pruduct. so plz replece my footwear but u know what is problem. U r shop keeper have my footwear for replacement. But he told me it's rear to rear cash for the exchange. My question is for this price is 5500 & in 3 manth u r product is a not duerable.                           Hi,

                          I purchased 3 pairs of sketchers for my family members on 4th July'2018. The one which I purchased for myself (SSRUN 10 Navy) is defective in sole design. Today I went for walk and was encountered with a pain in the left ankle. I checked the shoe sole and was surprised to see a difference in size of the soles. The left sole was much bigger than the right one. Also, the ankle pillar of the left sole is more protruded as compared to the right sole. Never expected such kind of design failure, I hope that every pair is thoroughly tested before commercial sale.

                          As I am continuously traveling for the next 10 days, it will not be possible for me to revisit the Hyderabad store before 18th July'2018. Please suggest

                            Hello, i am chandresh dangar from rajkot, gujarat. I have buyed tour go flex model shoes from a your store in crystall mall rajkot. But next day it got defected from front and i submitted it back to your store and they told that it will be send to mumbai for further process about replacement. But after a week they called me and are sayind that this shoes has been repaired then what is that viable that only one day used shoe shoud get repaired? I am totally unhappy to use this defective shoes. Please reply if possible. This is not first time that i am buying there company shoes.

                              I have purchased a pair of Skecher Air shoes - SN 51492 by placing a order on jabong.com by order no [protected] dated 22.12.2017 .which was delivered to me on 28th Dec.

                              I was very happy to receive the same but while using them It was not a Good Quality Product,

                              Its inner lining was torn from the Heel side with 5~6 months of normal use.

                              I am really surprised that How can a sub standard material can be used in Skechers shoes, and the same is sold to the Customer.

                              You need to really look after your Quality Control Process

                                Hi skechers team,

                                I have purchased skechers slippers for my mother hoping that it would be of best quality but withing 2 months it started tearing from top. I have purchased so many items from skechers but i am seeing this kind of quality first time. Even local items dont tear in 1-2 month. I hope skechers understand that we pay too much just because of quality and if don't get that this is not good with customers. Can you please replace the item. It seems that there is no quality check in skechers now.

                                  I had bought shoes on womens day in 20 percent off which got torn in 2 months only wgich look so bad. It didnt stuck in anything . I wear it very carefully but all of the threas and the cloth has started to torn and it looks so bad .I had spent my whole pocket money to buy it as i really liked but i m highly disapponted. Its my request to pease do someting about it.

                                    I had purchased a black shoe from skechers, city one mall, pune on 7/4/2018 for rs. 5000.
                                    The design is combination of net over shoe material.
                                    I have been using it from 1month, 15days to be precise. The shoe is comfortable and perfect. Unfortunately, its been only 2 months and the net of the shoe has torned from centre.
                                    Also, when i wiped the dust of the shoe using a wet cloth, there appeared to be white patches on the black which has brought down the entire quality and look of the shoe. Didnt try much to make it disappear as it would only further result in white patches.
                                    I was told that in case of any wear and tear and other kind of damage within 6 months, the company will replace the shoe. I expect the same will be done.
                                    Attaching pictures of the shoe. However, white patches are not visible in the picture as camera couldnt capture it.

                                      I bought a bathroom slippers in may 2017, within one month the upper layer of that slippers started removing. I complained at tge showroom, he kept that n assured for replacement. After two months i fot the replacement but not the exact that.
                                      To my surprise in six months that also broken. If skechers product is such a low category than why to spend 2000 on bathroom slippers. I can get 5 slippers of bata in the same price or one good slipper of crox.
                                      I can put it on fb but don want to spoil ur image.

                                      Bought a slipper in the month of may 2017 but in 15 days upper layer was removed. Got replacement in two months after very exhausting exercise but all efforts invain.
                                      This slipper also is broken in a seven months. The quality is so low. Surprised to have such a low quality from such a big brand.
                                      I have purchased men's skechers shoes in black color (Vide Cash Memo No CM/0202/17) dated 28 Nov 2017 of rupees 5999/- from skechers store Jamnagar. It has been tear and wear out one shoe, request exchange pair of shoes or refund amount.

                                        I have bought a sketcher show cash memo number: cm/6699/18, for rs. 4799, on 30/03/2018 from pheonix market city mall pune and it got compressed from the center with 2 weeks of the use. So i have shown the same to the store on 15/04/2017, they said they will file a compliment mail and reply me within a week but i have not received any response even after 15 so called them today, 01/05/2018, they said there is no final response from the manufacturer till now. They have given me customer care numbers which are not working and my complaint id reference as 11093, which i am not sure is correct or fake. Please look into the matter. I am very disappointed from the brand.
