Skechers India — Amt deducted but neither product nor payment refund back

242078 Ticket Received -
Hi I have placed order from sketcher website- amt got deducted too/ but m not able to view my order/ neither amt refunded/
I have been following for my refund but apart from auto mail nothing received yet!
This is highly pathetic & unappreciable.
Please CONFIRM WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?????
