    I purchased this shoes on 20th Jan 2022 with Invoice No: D01/FCM/03260/Jan/22.

    No within 3 months I am facing problem as one the foam got damaged and now I am facing problem while walking in the shoes.

    I have taken the same to the Skechers outlet i.e. ENVY REATILS VENTURES - CITY CENTER ROHINI DELHI and they took the pictures of the same and raised the complaint with the complaint no: 260946 dt 24th April 22.

    I need this issue to be sorted as I am highly disappointed with the quality of the shoes purchased.

        My sketchers shoes taken from ajio. But after some day sketchers shoes soul was damage. Then I complain on this item Order #FLO[protected]

        I bought an expensive pair of Sketchers with ajio app. I regret to inform you that the sole of the right shoes came off within a 6 month of the purchase. I only wear 5-6 times.But I so much feel guilty on sketchers because i pay this much expensive amount...

        I don't understand why it takes thirteen days for your company to deliver the product whereas on your website it said the product will be delivered within seven working days before I placed the order you should work on your logistic part in thirteen days I suppose shoes from the USA will also get delivered this is the first and the last time that I am buying from you guys very annoying...

        I had purchased a skecher shoes from Rohini Mall new Delhi on 23rd November

        Now the pasting of shoes has been damaged. Have raised a complain on email and Twitter to their customer care... But they have simply rejected it saying that warrant of shoes is valid for 3 months only...

        It's surprised to see their response as if someone spends Rs. 7000/- on a shoes he must expect good durability of products. It's not like that after three months company has no responsibility.

        Even a roadside purchased shoes also last at least for 6 months or more an that too on cost of starting price of Rs. 500/-

        So, is it worth to bear high cost with no guarantee or with a warranty of 3 months.

          And after 2-3 hours in flight ...I had an unbearable pain in my foot and I had to open it...It was uncomfortable and I had pain in my half legs for 2-3 days...

            Hi, I bought skechers shoes from metro shoes who is the authorized seller for skechers shoes and wore it just for 1 hour and got blisters, I have spent almost 5000 for the shoes, metro shoes says I will have to contact skechers for refund or replacement, so please guide me accordingly

              Replacement of Sketcher Shoe due to manufacturing/material fault

              I have bought the shoe from Sarita Vihar on 12.02.2022. Yesterday on 12.03.2022, I noticed that the sole has ruptured itself because of some manufacturing/material defect. I had been buying Sketcher for long time but this kind of problem from Sketcher a reputed company product, I faced now only. Its only a month has passed that the big crack in shoe appeared. since the sellers contact no. Is not working one to share the information. Hence...

                Today I visited the Skechers showroom at OMR, Chennai, TamilNadu, India; along with my family. I was very much insulted and humiliated by the counter person Leejoe by making me wait for nearly two hours with my family and child due to Mr. Ajay Bahadur (Area Manager) giving inaccurate directions to him. He bluntly wants us to leave the showroom by commuting some vague response without understanding my fundamental transaction history.

                Presently I have a ton of mental agony due to the Sketchers area manager Mr. Ajay Bahadur and his inadequate knowledge in handling the regular customers like me, my problem is not solved yet by anyone at OMR Skechers store as per the below email.

                Is there anyone in Skechers Management or on its behalf to solve my issue appropriately???….

                      Amt deducted but neither product nor payment refund back

                      Hi I have placed order from sketcher website- amt got deducted too/ but m not able to view my order/ neither amt refunded/
                      I have been following for my refund but apart from auto mail nothing received yet!
                      This is highly pathetic & unappreciable.
                      Please CONFIRM WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?????...

                        I have ordered two products - shoes online on 17th Jan. I have recieved only one out of them on 25th Jan. Till date neither I have received refund of Rs 3299 nor the shoes. When I called customer care, had to wait for 20mins to speak to cc rep. And she told refund will be processed in 2 to 3 days. And it's been 5 days and till date I didn't receive. No revert to mails or calls....

                        I purchased skechers shoes from sector 17 chandigarh store in the monthe of september. But within 2 to 3 months o[censored]sing the shoes they starting hurting my foot while walking...Ii.e...A blister is formed under my foot every time i walk with it and becomes difficult to walk further.
                        I contacted the customer care and explained my problem but they refuse to exchange or return . Why such a reputed brand is not providing any solution...Do we need to go to the consumer court?? kindly sort out my matter.

                              Poor quality (peel off the sole)

                              Sole was pealed off from the shoe within the use of four month time. Skechers is world class brand but the quality of the shoe is very poor. Disappointed product from sketchers....
