Skechers India — complain number 29195

I bought belly shoe was defective and left shoe hurt me on my foot that gave skin peel and the bleeding and hurting. I have already shared the photos of the shoe and my foot by mail. Now i am asking for giving me any belly shoe of similar price or the refund of the money but skechers india are not giving any. Instead skechers india company is forcing me to take any other shoe of higher price or a credit note valid for 6 months.. This is not acceptable to me as i already have suffered the wound on my left feet due to substandard product. I am in delhi only til 31 august and am traveling abroad for one year and am going to return next year. My amount is only rs 3475 which skechers india is refusing to refund. This is injustice and unfair trade practise of skechers india.
