I had purchased skecher sport shoes from fun mall branch, lucknow city in august '18. But within a period of 8 months. Pasting is coming out from corners and inside part of shoe is torn. After purchasing shoe from fresh arrival this is happening. Skecher is a big brand and product is also not cheap. It had cost me 4500 inr. I feel there is no difference between skecher & other brands in this case.

I had bought this product for my wife from Skechers Ambience store on 30/03/2019. The sandals seems to be defective or of bad quality as it has led to severe pain in my wife's foot. May I request you to accept it as a return so that I could buy another of Skecher's product, this time may be a shoe.
