Hi,

I have been writing email and calling sketchers team from 3 moth continuously for my shoe exchange and refund.
I am unable to log in my account as well, but they have worst customer care service i have seen.
No update no refund no exchange till yet.
They just keep on telling you will definitely receive email bu today eod and i am still waiting for their specific day to come to end.

I bought a pair of shoes sketchers
go run from delhi canaught palace costs 6k and just with one month they got damaged even when i didn't use that much at home now the store person saying its been long time but in lockdown i couldn't able to go to the store. So please help me out and replace these shoes.

We bought a shoe (Ss19/m/003) from your store at mi road jaipur. I am the regular of mi road store. Last year we bought the same shoe. But the only in this shoe we are not satisfied. We don't wear this shoe so many time because shoe is not fit for my foot. We are busy in some miss happening

Now we have to requesting you please consider my issue and replace my shoe and give me another shoe. Asap..

at the time of product purchasing i was asked the store persons is this one is reliable what about warranty and guarantee
with smiling face told that dont bother sir we will provide EXCELLENT SERVICE after expiry also. i believe strongly. check with my mobile number

at the time of purchase invoice bill also not provided. telling that computer n printer had problem. after several visits and shouting n scodulding only bill given to my hand

i think in jan-20 went to store asked the store manager about purchased product quality issue. he told that sir use pairs maximum extend because u are under warranty
because i am out of station, my son went to store in Mar-20. at that time store manager is not there tell that come after 15 days. once again my son went to store, store persons
told manger still not available come on march-20 month end. as u know that in Mar-20 lockdown was started. after unlock lockdown around jun-20 1st week went to stores told about
product quality issue. told me to come after one week will settle the issue n taken back the two numbers of pairs. that irresponsible store manager never seen in stores during my visits.
i was visited the stores 10 to 12 times. every time telling the sent mail to company waiting for new product for replacement. passed literally 45 days and finally told that my product was out
of warranty.

my question is that for your store manger lack of skills we have suffer and that ### answers and behaviour is not upto CUSTOMER satisfaction level
it is not matter of losing the Rs:- 6298 by me, it about the trust on brand is selling the quality less PRC product to CUSTOMERs. if you not taking any action against my complaint
i will post my experience with SKECHERS INDIA and its staff behaviour in social media or other platforms...

you can enquiry how mANY TIMEs i was visited skechers stores and argue with persons shouting and scolding.

Iam a doctor. I have bought slippers from a shop of sketchers in IP Mall. Sigra Varanasi (up) in May 19. The sole was broken and I returned it in feb/March. 20. After lockdown opened shopkeeper refused to change that. Bill given to me was computer generated now nothing is visible. Cost of slipper is about 3800/. Shopkeeper told me you should not use it in bathroom. I don’t know slippers are party wear ? Kindly do needful because it doesn’t sounds good for brand like SKETCHERS

I had purchased the most branded shoe skechers, from my neighborhood, jain chappal store, shahdara, delhi-110032 on 15th march'2020. It was badly torned from the front upper and seems that it had been purchased long back. Even i was not able to wear that particular shoes continuously as it was complete lockdown in delhi from[protected]. I was not able to wear those sneekers for even a week.
Kindly either replace or refund my product so that i could buy a new one from the same store.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible

I bought a pair of shoes for my son, daughter and wife respectively from your authorised store at bhucho in district bathinda (Punjab). To my utter dismay, the shoes bought for my son were of substandard quality. The sole of the said shoe was damaged within a month, after wearing it, only for few days. Such poor quality is not expected from a multi national brand like yours. Delay in making the complaint was due to the lockdown/curfew imposed, due to spread of novel corona virus. As such, i am entitled to exchange of the shoes. Waiting in anticipation of a positive reply from your side at the earliest. Picture highlighting the defect is enclosed.

I bought skeshers shoes 2 january 2020. I got manufacturing faults in my shoes after 8 days of buying that was 10 january 2020. I went in skechers showroom and gave to owner of that shop. He took that shoes and said you can buy new shoes in this price after receiving revert o[censored]s. Today he said this not manufacturing fault and we can not give revert.

This is to apprise you at shocking note that we bought new shoes from your outlet @ dehradun store but within 3 month... Shoes not worth looking at & in pathetic shape and i am not is position to use this... Your quality is questionable please suggest because i can’t bear this wrong commitment because they assured for best service and quality...

Since few days, i started noticing some irregularities in my shoe. The front side of the shoe layer has been shrunk and layers of the shoe leather is coming out and thus somewhat causing bad look. I am also enclosing the bill and the images of my defected shoe.

I always trust the skechers brand for its durability and the leather quality but this is very unfortunate and unbelievable for me to understand how a few month old shoe can behave this way.

I request your kind team to please consider my case and issue replacement for my shoe.

Just two days back i have purchased arch fit shoes on the assurance that by using it for 2 days it will take shape of d feet and will be adjusted.. However till date nothing has happened and m facing great difficulty n pain in feet as well as toes while using it..
Ultimately i found that ur franchise outlet situated at gwalior has committed cheating with me and supplied d defected piece.

I am azhar sayyed i had purchase shoes from regal shoes pune on[protected]. I have used that shoes only 2 to 3 times and the shoes have torn apart as it was defective piece and not properly made. The said shoes was not of good quality as per brand name and has lowered the reputation of the company. Kindly replace my shoes as I am regular customer of sketchers. The model number SK54665 size 43/09

I had purchased this shoes from sketchers store in mumbai and started developing blisters on my toes, they asked me to submit my shoes. I had dropped them at the store from which i purchased and they said within 5-7 business days they will do qc and call me. It’s been 28 days and i am yet waiting, what do i need to do, now there’s no response also.

Foam from the inner sole of the shoe tore off within one year o[censored]se.

I bought the shoe from skechers outlet in forum mall, bangalore around may - june 2019. I had once complained regarding the skechers logo fading off at the outlet. The person in the shop explained that it is normal. Hence, i didn't escalate.

But, now the foam itself from the inside sole itself as torn off on its own.

I expected a brand like skechers to last me atleast for a minimum of 3 years and this is the condition of the shoe under an year.

I purchased skechers shoes from flipkart and after 20 days i found that in one shoes have some defect in stitch and i shared the complain with customer support after 35 days continously following up now they reply that is not any manufacturing defect while pictures are clearly shown that is manufacturing defect. I checked that shoes from skechers stores locally and they agreed that is manufacturing defect but due to online shopping they can't replace the shoes. Now i am helpless. This is my first and worst experience with skechers. I will not purchase any product of this company as well as suggest to others also if they can not provide such kind of customer satisfaction or assistance that means i have to rethink about the company products. I want to replace my shoes, kindly help me.

The issue that i have experienced was: just after purchasing of six months, the shoe stitches got torned. The surface of the tongue of a shoe also got torned as well as some parts too. Wrinkle is there in the overall shape of the shoe. Whereas i never walked on off roads with this shoe, only walked in plan area. Moreover daily walking time with this shoe is also not very high.

I’ve purchased skechers sports shoes on 7th july 19 from connaught place skechers shop new delhi invoice no. C02p[protected]. I m very disappointed and shocked to see the quality of material used by such a premium brand and both the shoes have dislocated from the sole. Very disappointing and sad to see the condition within 4 months o[censored]se. Hope you’ll look into the matter do the needful to get my shoes replaced as they in warranty period.

I bought relaxed fit memory foam slippers 5 months back... The sole is cracked and the bottom which support heel is torn like a paper... I bought it for 3000 rupees and it didn't even last for 5 months... I need support regarding this... If it the quality you are providing what is the need to buy skechers "brand" having faith in quality... I strongly believe you will address this issue... This will affect the hope and faith i have towards skechers...

I had purchased footwear for parents on jan 27 2019 but yesterday the strap of slippers was pulled out
I had purchased from tonk road showroom gajrup. But to my surprise it has been shut down. I had visited nearby showroom but it denied to provide me repair service. Then i had gone through the warranty terms of skechers which says there is two year warranty.
I don’t have bill available but have credit card bill amounting rs 6023.
We had purchased one pair of gents shoes and ladies footwear

I must say that this poor quality is not expected of big brands.

Pls arrange to get it repaired as it would be mockery if i get it repaired from a local cobbler and cannot afford to spend ₹ 2800 just for 8 months use.

It torn after use of 4 months and i bought it from shop near by m6 company in coimbatore, can i get repaired or replaced, they would having my bill in the system right will u please take care of my problem, will i get replacement, i wish i could get my shoes replaced and type of my show is clogs for men, will you take immediate action please help me i bought it trusting your brand
