The shoes were purchased in june 2019 from lifestyle store, seawoods grand central, seawoods darave, navi mumbai.
Not even 2 months later the stitching from both shoes is torn off.
The shoes have been worn 6-7 times only.
The knitted upper has come undone from both sides.
The shoe size is right and there has been no distressed usage, only casual walking.
As it is a knitted upper there is no chance of repair so i want to requet a refund or a replacement.

Send my items for physical verification skechers response is dey can’t help it in this thing purchasd 2pairs from the same brand cost6000as skechers stands for its longivity using only for few mnths hw d prdct sole coms out for both the pairs does it states d usage issue or the marchandise mistake even buyng from footpath wud cause d same issue than whts d use of an expensive product...

I bought a shoe from your esteemed showroom in kurukshetra. And i want to say that i seriously didnt like the sports shoes gtm performance h[protected]
They didnt perform well in sports and tore up too the mesh and the front sole is in bad state after my first use of them for running. Kindly grant me any relief regarding the manufacturer and repair of the shoe because i dont want to loose the shoe which doesnt look nice now.

I bought shoes for my son on may 14th 2019 from ahmedabad prahladnagar road. He started using it. Within 20 days the sole got torn. I have put up the complain to the store. First the store said it would be resolved in 20 days but they didn’t turn up for 1 month. I called them to find they said the company rejected the request. I fail to understand that how the big company like skechers would be so ignorant. The shoes is still with the vendor.

I had been to USA from 10.05.19:to 27.06.2019.During Early May It Came to my Notice that there was Some damage to my shoes.it was Not Possible form me to repair or replace at US.After Coming back I Contacted theCompany But they are refusing to repair or Replace since time period expired on15, 06, 19

I have been using skechers from more than a year now and its one of the most comfortable shoe. I had never used a shoe in the past before this. Due to feet pain i was recommended to use shoe on a daily basis for better comfort and this shoe was my daily wear to work.

Recently i bought a shoe from tata cliq and i did not get that comfort, and i also got shoe bite which was unbelievable.

Is there a way that we can find if the shoe is genuine or fake?

My shoe size uk 4 ..i buy from june sale 2019.when i came home .i feel shoes are loose then i check size again Uk 4 eur 37but Bra 36 and Cm 24 .i am very disaopinted .I have already skecher there size tag is uk 4 bra 34 cm 23.5 .i buy it only see the size uk 4 eur 37 ..Because my size is 37 and uk4, My money is totally waste ..plz help me i[censored] can ...This big confusion on size tags ...

Last monsoon i bought a pair of skechers shoes from a skechers official showroom at r-city, ghatkopar east, mumbai... But within a year it has started tearing from behind... Not upto the mark of skechers... As skechers r focus for it's durability... I don't hv a bill so that i cnt register an official complaint but just thought to mail u in any case any action can be taken

I have parchased your product Skechers air cooled MEMORY FOAM light wait at Skechers showroom Pandry city centre Mall Raipur Chhattisgarh .The main problem is TONGUE slippage happens every time while walking and feeling too PAIN ful to foot, uncomfortable, already I had one more pair of Skechers it's good but which I was parchased on 28/12/2018, MRP-5499/GYBK, Was not comfortable, and I expected so much about it company it's comfortable but I was nervous and I'm not happy with this product just I'm telling you that I want exchange my shoes I attached pics of my shoes with this mail kindly do the need ful I'm in hope of getting exchange for this

I purchase the skechers shoe model sn 999726/bkry in last 02 months previous. Today shoe shole replace the joint. I purchase this shoe to think that is it durable long time. But it is only replace the shole joint within 02months. Kindly replace my shoe. I am. Middle class family. To save maney and pirchse this shoe. If such type of problem show in inthis brand. I am a first time user of skechers shoes. I bought the product (One pair of shoes) at harish traders, sen's complex, moti bazar mandi-175001 (H. P.) on 18th february 2019. About product's style: sn54350-ccor. Although the product is very good to wear, lightweight but within three months it gets defection on the front on the right side.
I want to be a regular user of the brand but need immediate action against my complaint.br...

I am your regular customer. I bought a new pair of shoes (Memory foam) in ₹4800 inthe month of june, 18 from skechers, factory outlet, gt mall, jaipur, rajasthan. It didn't last for 4 months, with mild use of 4 months it starts to rip near by lace area. I chose skechers with high hopes and i am disappointed. The workers said that you have to send a mail, it will not be possible to exchange it here.

I bought a new pair of shoes from skechers, factory outlet, bucho mandi, punjab. I just wore them for 2-3 times but the left shoe was torn upper back side and from the laces side. The workers refused to change it and said that you have to said a mail it will not be possible to exchange it here. I hope u understood my problem and you will try me help me out.

I purchased two pairs of go walk revolution ultra shoes from your a. B. Road, vijay nagar indore 45210 show room vide cm/5080/18 dated 26/12/2018. Out of this i used one pair shoe for morning walk and surprised to see that both the shoes are teared within short period of three and half month of time and photographs of shoes are uploaded herewith.
Kindly look into the matter and give necessary instruction for replacement of shoes to the show room. It is further advice kindly also discuss the matter with the person who is looking towards the manufacturing of this pair of shoes because it disrupt the reputation, name and fame of “skechers” which is one of the international shoes manufacturing brand.

I purchased a shoe from sketchers Marathahalli store of Sketchers outlet and after wearing it for only 4 times I started seeing cracks coming onto front upper side of my left shoes which on right shoes was not there. This crack was completely across the left shoe.

I have give this shoes back at store and filed this issue for exchange on sketchers customer care and they revert after 5 days of reviewing that it is not a manufacturing defect we cannot exchange which completely unfair on their part as since it would have not been a. manufacturing defect it would have happened on right foot as well.

I had purchased the shoes at a store at Pune. Started wearing them after a period of 3 months. There was a defect at the heel counter which caused an ulcer at the heel. I approached the store they refused for any exchange. I started writing mails, received ticket no. through mail I was assured that if there is a defect the item will be replaced. I deposited the shoes at the store again. This afternoon made a call at the customer care, the concerned person told me that our "quality check" will not be able to approach us today. Immediately within a span of 5 minutes I got an email that the quality check team says that it cannot be exchanged since the defect is not a manufacturing one. I am really disappointed with the shoes and with the attitude of the workers at Skechers. I have been harassed for a week with all the dishonest opinions . Prior to this episode, being a physiotherapist, I always recommended my clients to buy Skechers footwear but after this episode I would never give any such suggestions. No.. you don't value your customers at all. I also know that no action will be taken after this mail as well hence I am sorry to say that I am approaching consumer forum.

I had purchased skecher sport shoes from fun mall branch, lucknow city in august '18. But within a period of 8 months. Pasting is coming out from corners and inside part of shoe is torn. After purchasing shoe from fresh arrival this is happening. Skecher is a big brand and product is also not cheap. It had cost me 4500 inr. I feel there is no difference between skecher & other brands in this case....

I reached out to skechers for the shoe that i recently bought that had issues with the memory foam insole.

The shoes (Both of them) has insole issues with them going away near the toes. I have an old skechers model (Skechers goga max) whose insole is absolutely fine but this model has something called memory foam which is not good at all. I think this insole memory foam is not a good performer compared to against the goga model.

I was asked to deposit the shoe in store but they refused saying its not manufacturing defect which is indeed a manufacturing defect of the insole. The store is trying to prevent the money lost for their store and not interested in keeping the quality of the brand.

I bought a pair of shoes on 15-nov-18 from skechers store at shaheen bagh, okhla, new delhi for rs 2850.
These shoes are advertised and sold by skechers as ultra comfortable in-soles cushions containing memory foam and i bought them for my 70 year old father whose heels pain and so, these guys duped me by convincing me the shoes will retain its in-soles softness for many years and they’ll cover it under their standard warranty.
But, within less than 2 months of very low usage (My father wore them just 4-5 times for a few minutes on every occasion), to much of my shock the in-soles became totally hard and flat, their so called memory foam has flattened totally and now my father cannot wear them at all since he heels hurt badly with theee shoes.
We went back to the store which is 25 kms one way from my home and showed them the problem. They acknowledged the issue but sent us back asking to send an email to skechers customer care (Customercare. [protected]@skechers.com).
We came back and sent the email including the purchase receipt of the shoes and a lot of pictures of shoes showing the problem.
They replied and asked us to go back to the store and deposit the shoes there as the next step.
We again went to the store and they accepted the shoes.
A few days after that, skechers sent me an email simply denying any warranty coverage and saying, they won’t do anything and there’s no issue according to them.
I kept telling them to explain me what did they check but everytime they send me a standard reply saying they cannot do anything.
Hence, here i am before you complaining against skechers and requesting your help.

This is to bring in your kind notice that i bought my sketchers pair in june last year, but after months the shoes were torn from 1 side, i talked in the store where i bought them, he told to mail you in this regard. I am sending the pic as an attachment of torn part. Hope you will look in the matter and help me in this regard.
