Skechers India — defect in shoes in just 5 months of purchase

I had purchased skechers show from gajrup retails dlf mall of india, sector 18, noida on 27 may, 2018 for rs. 5, 999/- vide system reference number cm/1276/18 and gstin invoice number a38p[protected]. The top part of right shoe has torn in just less than five months. I had phoned on the customer care but was told that i need to go to the shop from where i have purchased and when i went over there, the above shop was already closed for ever from that place. Please help because i bought the above expensive shoes due to my trust in the quality and company brand which is now shaking.
