Skechers India — defect in shoes purchased from skechers outlet

Outlet: skechers kurla phoenix market city mall.

I was sold this shoes stating that it has good cushioning in the mid foot. But there was no cushioning identified at all after i ran my first race. Inner sole in the mid foot section is as hard as stone. Plus the remaining sole also never had any cushioning. Shoes are worth rs.8499

If something was promise by your store people and i dont find the same in your product, why will i continue with your product. I need my full refund.
