I bought slippers on 1st Nov 2022 and started using them in like January 2023.. In June this year my slippers top layer got shrunk, which I have never seen before in even in local slippers which hardly cost few hundred rupees.. I bought Skechers slippers looking at the brand and it is my worst experience with slippers shopping .. Felt so bad wasting money on this product.. Had been better to buy some other brands slippers.. Please find attached the picture of so called branded slippers and resolve the issue by either replacing them or refund .. Expect speedy and some satisfying response from your side.. If required please let me know I will send the invoice also and the mail correspondence with them. Customer care registered my case with reference, Case Number :[protected]
