Purchases go walk air Sage size 9 shoes from Big mall Thane store on 12 June 21, there is some defect observed in shoes. so, we submitted immediately on the 18th of June 21. I didn't receive my product yet as its replacement request has been approved. I called customer care around 5 times but they don't have a solution, as the mall is closed in thane. there are many options to provide a product to us. e.g. 1. there are many online stores are in thane you can replace from that point. 2. there is one store in Mulund which is open from 7 to4 pm.
please give a solution ASAP
