Dear Team, i have ordered a good from skechers.in on 14th Aug'21 but till date i have not received my consignment and no is no response from the customer support. Please help me to get my consignment at the earliest or the amount should be returned.

    Unprofessional customer service

    I have place a order on 6th of sept 21 and it’s 13th sept now and still the order status shows order placed in track my order window. Is this a joke?? It is clearly mentioned on website that delivery is expected within 7-10 working days. It’s been 8 days i have placed my order and yet it’s not despatched. Also there is no response from customer service to my mails.

        No Response from customer care team

        I have been trying to contact the customer care team or anyone from the company.
        Neither i have received my product, nor anyone is bothered to update any status on the same. The website is not updating the status, nobody is picking up the calls. No response to emails as well.
        I have made the payment and doesn't even know whether it will be delivered or when will you be able to deliver it....

        Skechers Shoes Men

        Exchanged the previous product due to manufacturing defect ( pasting ) and the exchanged shoes are having same manufacturing defect ( pasting ). Even mailed them many a times, there is no response from their side. Last time when talked for previous product, they talked rudely and were uncooperative....

            I have purchased on pair from your outlet at kurukshetra Haryana (India ) .

            With in 6 months it get badly damage from inside and your company officials in India are not ready to accept the fact whereas I am writing them from last one year.

            Even I have returned the same pair on dated 25th June 2020 to your outlet and more than one year gone but not getting any positive update ..

              Recently I have purchase a Scratcher shoe from Motinagar - Delhi Showroom in a sale. Price of the shoe was Rs. 1500/-. After few days I put these shoes first time and when I return back to home I found that from front the shole of the one shoe lose it, 's glue and I manage it by pasting glue myself. And second time when I put it again I found shole of both the shoes loses 80% glue. Not only this there was strips pasted backsides of the shoes broken.
              This really hurt me as I purchased Scratcher shoes first time. It's really very bad experience. I want to request you plase don't bring in sale such kind of shoes which can not remain for 2 days.

                Purchases go walk air Sage size 9 shoes from Big mall Thane store on 12 June 21, there is some defect observed in shoes. so, we submitted immediately on the 18th of June 21. I didn't receive my product yet as its replacement request has been approved. I called customer care around 5 times but they don't have a solution, as the mall is closed in thane. there are many options to provide a product to us. e.g. 1. there are many online stores...

                      Very disappointed with this brand, ordered a pair of shoes on 5/7/2021 but today 9/7/2021 still the status shows order placed. No proper replies to mails elsent only tickets are raised, called 3-4 times at the call center number, they say only one thing that will be dispatched in 2-3 days. Horrible online sales services.
                      Good product in bad management.

                      I bought a pair of shoes from sketcher show room at the mall Shimla Himachal Pradesh on 14 th of April, 2021( price :5999) There is a problem in both the shoes .it is hurting( can’t even walk properly) a lot on my both heels as well as on toe tips ( have got blisters recently). Even though shoes is acc to my size only .
