I have been trying to contact the customer care team or anyone from the company.
Neither i have received my product, nor anyone is bothered to update any status on the same. The website is not updating the status, nobody is picking up the calls. No response to emails as well.
I have made the payment and doesn't even know whether it will be delivered or when will you be able to deliver it....

Exchanged the previous product due to manufacturing defect ( pasting ) and the exchanged shoes are having same manufacturing defect ( pasting ). Even mailed them many a times, there is no response from their side. Last time when talked for previous product, they talked rudely and were uncooperative....

I purchased shoe, at time of purchase I was not very comfortable but sales manager convinced me that these would be best for me.
Since I used it, my back toe and foot are hurting.

My sliders got torn which I need to restore can you fix my sliders and if possible then please tell me the charges...

I have purchased on pair from your outlet at kurukshetra Haryana (India ) .

With in 6 months it get badly damage from inside and your company officials in India are not ready to accept the fact whereas I am writing them from last one year.

Even I have returned the same pair on dated 25th June 2020 to your outlet and more than one year gone but not getting any positive update ..

Recently I have purchase a Scratcher shoe from Motinagar - Delhi Showroom in a sale. Price of the shoe was Rs. 1500/-. After few days I put these shoes first time and when I return back to home I found that from front the shole of the one shoe lose it, 's glue and I manage it by pasting glue myself. And second time when I put it again I found shole of both the shoes loses 80% glue. Not only this there was strips pasted backsides of the shoes...

Purchases go walk air Sage size 9 shoes from Big mall Thane store on 12 June 21, there is some defect observed in shoes. so, we submitted immediately on the 18th of June 21. I didn't receive my product yet as its replacement request has been approved. I called customer care around 5 times but they don't have a solution, as the mall is closed in thane. there are many options to provide a product to us. e.g. 1. there are many online stores...

My skechers shoes were completely out of shape and the foam treading were also damaged...

I am a regular customer to your brand. I have made number of purchases including those for my daughter.

Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with my recent purchase vide reference cited above, as the shoes are very uncomfortable to wear and boils have developed on my legs...

I have purchased Skechers shoe from Phoenix mall bareilly outlet .
Now it's been only 6 month and the product is getting torn from different places.
Can I visit the outlet for complain or is there any way to resolve this issue....

I am experiencing pathetic customer service from Skechers India. Returned the shoe with manufacturing defect as per Skechers process. It is over 6 days and there is no response to email. Tried calling but they ask me to wait. It is now over 1 month since I raised a claim. This is unacceptable....

Very disappointed with this brand, ordered a pair of shoes on 5/7/2021 but today 9/7/2021 still the status shows order placed. No proper replies to mails elsent only tickets are raised, called 3-4 times at the call center number, they say only one thing that will be dispatched in 2-3 days. Horrible online sales services.

I bought a pair of shoes from sketcher show room at the mall Shimla Himachal Pradesh on 14 th of April, 2021( price :5999) There is a problem in both the shoes .it is hurting( can’t even walk properly) a lot on my both heels as well as on toe tips ( have got blisters recently). Even though shoes is acc to my size only . I am a regular costumer of sketchers shoes since last 7 years ..I never had faced this kind of problem...

Brought women skechers charcoal Go mini flex- Speedy walking shoes from Myntra which was delivered on June 26th 2021 and the product got defected within 2 days!
I wore the shoes for the first time on July 1, 2021 and the one of the shoe got defected! The gum of the shoe came out!

I bought a pair of Skechers sandals a few days back. These sandals have grey color elastic straps. These straps increase the risk of fall and slipping off. Also because of this, when I walk on the roads during rain, the dirt from the roads falls over my clothes from the back. Also because of the frequent hit of the sole on my heels, I am suffering from heel pain. I am so disappointed that after spending around 4599/- rupees, the sandals feel...

I bought Skechers footwear in the month of April and couldn't use them because of lockdown so they were kept unused until I used them two days ago. The moment I tried to wear them it's belt tore apart. That is totally unacceptable such a low quality product from such a top brand...

We have been using Skechers products for the last 7 years. Between my wife and self, we are currently using about 10 pairs of various footwear.
Of late the quality of the footwear has deteriorated.
1. The leather strap in my flip flop peeled off within 3 months o[censored]sage and I had the same repaired in one of your showrooms paying for it.
2. Within 2 months of regular usage, the sole of the shoe has peeled off.
