Skechers India — I am complaining about my shoe article and money back. | |||
I bought a shoe from skechers showroom in Great India Place Mall, Noida a few days ago, whose article number is 54667 / BKLM. But after a few days, Shoes net went out all around, I complaint on[protected] in the showroom and I came to know that this problem is coming out in that article. He gave me one week process time for complaint registration ( Complant Register Number - 40918). After one week, they informed me about my complaint and exhange the shoe with other one. But I did not find any article right there. They told me that for change i have to visit again after[protected]Wednesday) because the new article will come. Again I visited on Thursday for exchange but I found the new article are replicate of same article ( which I purchased). So I asked for money back. They told me about skechers web page for issue. Now I just want only my money back. Because I didn’t found any compatible shoe from Skechers.
