Skechers India — Lack of response for warranty claim

I am experiencing pathetic customer service from Skechers India. Returned the shoe with manufacturing defect as per Skechers process. It is over 6 days and there is no response to email. Tried calling but they ask me to wait. It is now over 1 month since I raised a claim. This is unacceptable.
