We approach you with great faith and trust for a solution to our problem.
We are old customers of the company but on this particular product we faced a problem and the same was reported within two months of the purchase
The detail of our apathy is as follows: -
1.Purchased on December 1st week 2021 {was the last piece in showroom}
2.Complaint noted and shown to the Store in Star Mall purchase point in the presence of the Store Manager
Ranjana and salesman Abdul Rehman.
3.They tell us to write mail to customercare.[protected]@skechers.com and after that a series of 14 reminders have been sent Ticket No.245346 is given but no resolution of the same. Date of 1st Mail is 26/2/2022
4.Then on visit at Ambience mall store we met Mr. Sumit ASM was present, and he accepted the chappal on
23/3/2022 for replacement
5.Till date nothing has been done
6.We received a telephone call from the store to come and collect the chappals that have been replaced.
7.We went to the store on[protected] but were dismayed to know that Ms. Indrani tried giving us the defective chappals instead, which was very surprising and disgusting to note and her attitude and state that Skechers does like this only.
8.We did not accept the same
Kindly look into the matter with a sincere view and do the needful
