Skechers India — Manufacturing defects in shoes

Skechers case No. 00481987 i purchased a pair of shoes on 20 March 2023 from Mochi shop Gorakhpur in replacement of the one purchased in November 2022. In both the problem occurred in inner wall of the shoe when contacted the customers care team tmrejected the claim on the ground of Skechers return policy and warranty of the product where as this is a case of manufacturing defect arising due to the poor quality of the material used.
Customer care team has its own battery limits for taking the suitable action now whether Skechers management will take a suitable action for redressal of my grievances.
Skechers must take a note that such problems creates a bad brand name in the market if such problems arise in products. At this point warranty and return policy do not support escaping the responsibility and customer sees the satisfaction in all aspects . Otherwise it's better to purchase low range shoes, use them for six months or one year and replace them with new one instead of purching high cost shoes and getting setback within six months
