Dear Sir/ Madam,
With great regret I beg to inform you that yesterday (31st Dec 2022) at 8 PM, I purchased a pair of shoes (GO Run Pulse) from one of your stores at Jayanagar, Bangalore. After wearing it for just 20 mins there was tremendous pain in both the feet.To address the pain I had to take medical support as well, the edge of the feet were deformed after wearing your shoes.
Today morning (1st January 2023) at 12:30 PM, I went back to the store for replacement, but the store manager Mr. Karthick refused to do the same. He has kept back my shoes and neither returned my money of Rs 7499/- which I have paid yesterday. He stated that he would take 20 days' time to initiate the refund/ replacement policy, which was a big surprise to me as he never mentioned about such return/ refund policy at the time of purchase. As on date neither I have the shoes nor my money, both are with you and moreover I am having pain at my feet.
All the relevant documents (images and bills) are attached herewith. Since your shoes have created medical issues, hence kindly arrange for a refund of my money (bank details attached herewith), otherwise I would be forced to take action legally against the company.
