Skechers India — no refund given and no response | |
I ordered a running shoes worth 2749.50 inr (Order id so[protected] from skechers.in on 10th of august 2020 and received it on morning 17th of august via delhivery courier and placed a request the same time due to size issues and the return was collected the next day on 18th of august. The return policy of skechers says, “ returns can take a total of 10-12 business days for processing once received at our facility, which comprises of 3-5 business days for clearing inspection & thereafter 5-7 business days for refund to be credited to the original payment method.” From the date i had sent the return, i have been constantly requesting for any update from the customer service of skechers through email ([protected]@skechersindia.com) as their toll free number does not go through at all. Today is 7th of september which is more than 15 business days and yet the status of the return only shows “processing” on my skechers account. Also there is no reply at all for any email sent to them on their so called customer service email id. I urge the authorities to look into this matter and provide me some assistance for the same, your help will be really appreciated.
