    I had filed a complaint on 22nd May with regard to some damage in my recently purchased Skechers shoes.
    Mr Surajit Das of Customer Care has resolved the issue very efficiently. With the lifting of the lockdown, my request for replacement has been approved.
    Very satisfied with the way the matter has been resolved.

        I had purchased the shoes Go- waker in January 2020. Now the shoes has got a big hole in the soul. I have not used it for six months due to lockdown. Then also the soul had got worn out and developed a big hole in it. So what can be done for it. Please suggest me.

          I am buying sketcers shoes from shop in delhi. Before 2 months aprox . Now tha pastiong is remove from sole . I am using sketchers since last 5 years and i love to wera sketchers brand only.
          But this is first time i am facing this issue.

              I have purchased a pair of shoe of sketchers from Amazon, after using it to about 2 months the upper body mesh which is pasted in the sole is going to torned from several sides from the shoes, for this i m attaching the pics taken by me for my shoe, I also have a certificate for the warranty period of 90 days also attaching it and also attaching shoe invoice, so please solve my complaint as warranty period is not yet over.

                Very low quality of so I have slipped minimum 5 times and because of this three times I got injured I was a big fan of your company shoes and I purchased lots of time your all and maximum range but now I am very disappointed so I request kindly to the quality and possible kindly change my shoes because it was and it is really a worst quality if I will say who were all the shoes are really worst and doesn't suits to your company's profile as I know and as I recommend you that this kind of it quality of your shoes will harm your reputation of your company and moreover I am not feeling good because of these shoes I have been injured three times and really one time I got the the big wound on my back I don't know this complaint is going to to help me me or you people will take any action on it but really you should do something for this I have spend at least 4000 rupees on that should have purchased from Mall but the quality of shoes are really bad thanks

                  I was sold a pair of shoes by sketchers ghitorni store saying there is 40% discount on this, but actually it was 40+20%, of which they didn't tell me and told me that i'll get a pair of socks complimentary. But when i checked my bill they had charged me full 700 rupees for the socks

                    no refund given and no response

                    I ordered a running shoes worth 2749.50 inr (Order id so[protected] from skechers.in on 10th of august 2020 and received it on morning 17th of august via delhivery courier and placed a request the same time due to size issues and the return was collected the next day on 18th of august. The return policy of skechers says,

                    Hi,

                    I have been writing email and calling sketchers team from 3 moth continuously for my shoe exchange and refund.
                    I am unable to log in my account as well, but they have worst customer care service i have seen.
                    No update no refund no exchange till yet.
                    They just keep on telling you will definitely receive email bu today eod and i am still waiting for their specific day to come to end.

                          Dam MNC company fellows anyone is listening the CUSTOMER complaints in skechers india.
                          your [censored]ing second grade high price product purchased at AS Rao nagar branch on 13/11/2019
                          at the time of product purchasing i was asked the store persons is this one is reliable what about warranty and guarantee
                          with smiling face told that dont bother sir we will provide EXCELLENT SERVICE after expiry also. i believe strongly. check with my mobile number

                          at the time of purchase invoice bill also not provided. telling that computer n printer had problem. after several visits and shouting n scodulding only bill given to my hand

                          i think in jan-20 went to store asked the store manager about purchased product quality issue. he told that sir use pairs maximum extend because u are under warranty
                          because i am out of station, my son went to store in Mar-20. at that time store manager is not there tell that come after 15 days. once again my son went to store, store persons
                          told manger still not available come on march-20 month end. as u know that in Mar-20 lockdown was started. after unlock lockdown around jun-20 1st week went to stores told about
                          product quality issue. told me to come after one week will settle the issue n taken back the two numbers of pairs. that irresponsible store manager never seen in stores during my visits.
                          i was visited the stores 10 to 12 times. every time telling the sent mail to company waiting for new product for replacement. passed literally 45 days and finally told that my product was out
                          of warranty.

                          my question is that for your store manger lack of skills we have suffer and that ### answers and behaviour is not upto CUSTOMER satisfaction level
                          it is not matter of losing the Rs:- 6298 by me, it about the trust on brand is selling the quality less PRC product to CUSTOMERs. if you not taking any action against my complaint
                          i will post my experience with SKECHERS INDIA and its staff behaviour in social media or other platforms...

                          you can enquiry how mANY TIMEs i was visited skechers stores and argue with persons shouting and scolding.

                            I have placed an order on skechers.in website and the order is not yet delivered after 15 days of placing the order. I called customer care service of skechers and all the executives talking to me disconnected the call. I called 5 times and all of them disconnected the call after understanding my query. This is very bad customer service. Please help. I have made the payment of the order online and this is not at all acceptable....

                            Iam a doctor. I have bought slippers from a shop of sketchers in IP Mall. Sigra Varanasi (up) in May 19. The sole was broken and I returned it in feb/March. 20. After lockdown opened shopkeeper refused to change that. Bill given to me was computer generated now nothing is visible. Cost of slipper is about 3800/. Shopkeeper told me you should not use it in bathroom. I don’t know slippers are party wear ? Kindly do needful because it doesn’t sounds good for brand like SKETCHERS

                              I had purchased the most branded shoe skechers, from my neighborhood, jain chappal store, shahdara, delhi-110032 on 15th march'2020. It was badly torned from the front upper and seems that it had been purchased long back. Even i was not able to wear that particular shoes continuously as it was complete lockdown in delhi from[protected]. I was not able to wear those sneekers for even a week.
                              Kindly either replace or refund my product so that i could buy a new one from the same store.
                              Kindly do the needful as soon as possible

                                I bought a pair of shoes for my son, daughter and wife respectively from your authorised store at bhucho in district bathinda (Punjab). To my utter dismay, the shoes bought for my son were of substandard quality. The sole of the said shoe was damaged within a month, after wearing it, only for few days. Such poor quality is not expected from a multi national brand like yours. Delay in making the complaint was due to the lockdown/curfew imposed, due to spread of novel corona virus. As such, i am entitled to exchange of the shoes. Waiting in anticipation of a positive reply from your side at the earliest. Picture highlighting the defect is enclosed.
