    Hello
    I purchased sketchers ladies slippers. It had crystal all over.
    My complaint is that within few months the crystals started coming off and one side of loop is also broken. The product was purchased in March 2021.

                With in 6 months it get badly damage from inside and your company officials in India are not ready to accept the fact whereas I am writing them from last one year.

                  Recently I have purchase a Scratcher shoe from Motinagar - Delhi Showroom in a sale. Price of the shoe was Rs. 1500/-. After few days I put these shoes first time and when I return back to home I found that from front the shole of the one shoe lose it, 's glue and I manage it by pasting glue myself. And second time when I put it again I found shole of both the shoes loses 80% glue. Not only this there was strips pasted backsides of the shoes broken.
                  This really hurt me as I purchased Scratcher shoes first time. It's really very bad experience. I want to request you plase don't bring in sale such kind of shoes which can not remain for 2 days.

                          I bought a pair of shoes from sketcher show room at the mall Shimla Himachal Pradesh on 14 th of April, 2021( price :5999) There is a problem in both the shoes .it is hurting( can’t even walk properly) a lot on my both heels as well as on toe tips ( have got blisters recently). Even though shoes is acc to my size only . I am a regular costumer of sketchers shoes since last 7 years ..I never had faced this kind of problem before ..For your reference I m attaching shoes as well as blisters pics too with area affected .                                 I bought a pair of Skechers sandals a few days back. These sandals have grey color elastic straps. These straps increase the risk of fall and slipping off. Also because of this, when I walk on the roads during rain, the dirt from the roads falls over my clothes from the back. Also because of the frequent hit of the sole on my heels, I am suffering from heel pain. I am so disappointed that after spending around 4599/- rupees, the sandals feel like slippers. Being from a middle-class background I cannot afford this loss. Hence, I request a refund or at least a replacement.

                                    I bought Skechers footwear in the month of April and couldn't use them because of lockdown so they were kept unused until I used them two days ago.                                       We had just bought a pair of skecher shoes a month ago. The guy in the store had very confidently told us that the pair I selected was more durable than my first preference, so we bought the durable pair. The shoes were very comfortable and nice. But after 10 days, the shoes had tear marks on them. The shoes are fortunately returnable, but the shops are closed due to lockdown. Now, we are unable to return the shoes and the shoes are really torn.

                                        We have always used Skechers for the past 5 years. Between my wife and self we hold about 10 pairs of Skechers footwear.
                                        Of the the quality has deteriorated badly. In one of my shoes the sole is peeling off. The other pair is the newly introduced Archfit which I started using from mid April 21. The top portion of the heel has started tearing and has damaged by skin badly. I am a regular Walker and wearing the shoes hurts my foot badly.
