Skechers India — Non receipt of refund amount or product

I have ordered two products - shoes online on 17th Jan. I have recieved only one out of them on 25th Jan. Till date neither I have received refund of Rs 3299 nor the shoes. When I called customer care, had to wait for 20mins to speak to cc rep. And she told refund will be processed in 2 to 3 days. And it's been 5 days and till date I didn't receive. No revert to mails or calls.
