I have ordered a shoe on line through the skechers website as on 21st November & made rs5499/=. I have also registered on their site with my email ID. My order no is : SO[protected]

Under my account the order is shown as placed ...however there is no progress on it since day one.
I tried tracking order directly through the website. It says order no/ email doesnt exist. I have written 3 mails over the last few days asking for help. The automated response says some one will contact me within 24 to 48 hours but there has been no response at all. I tried the customer service numbers[protected] & also [protected]...but no one picks the ph except for answering machine. I request for update on the order pl pl pl
