Skechers India — Quality Complaints in Footwear

We have been using Skechers products for the last 7 years. Between my wife and self, we are currently using about 10 pairs of various footwear.
Of late the quality of the footwear has deteriorated.
1. The leather strap in my flip flop peeled off within 3 months o[censored]sage and I had the same repaired in one of your showrooms paying for it.
2. Within 2 months of regular usage, the sole of the shoe has peeled off.
3. Within 1 month o[censored]sage of your new product Archfit, the upper portion of the inner heel has torn off and in the process has damaged my heel.
Am attaching the photos in this regard.
Due to the pandemic and lockdown situation in Pune, I am unable to take the shoes to your showroom and show your officials.
Please let me know how the matter can be resolved.
