I have purchased skechers shoes from amazon and delivered yo me on 19.2.21. It damaged from sides within two months and images/complaint send to skechers by email, whereas skechers denied to replacement saying that this is due to regular wear & tear. My ticket no. is 178027. It is pertinent to mention here that I have just used these shoes carefully only about 20 days in office use and its the manufacturing defect that how the pasting remove from sides within 2 months and skechers denying the replacement saying that regular wear & year. Then I asked to skechers to explain, whether shoes are only purchased for show piece to keep in almirah. You are, therefore requested to do the needful on urgent basis, so as to not to harras the customer, by wasting his money to purchase skechers shoes, as wise penny spent by him.
Skechers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
