    I bought a pair of Skechers sandals a few days back. These sandals have grey color elastic straps. These straps increase the risk of fall and slipping off. Also because of this, when I walk on the roads during rain, the dirt from the roads falls over my clothes from the back. Also because of the frequent hit of the sole on my heels, I am suffering from heel pain. I am so disappointed that after spending around 4599/- rupees, the sandals feel like slippers. Being from a middle-class background I cannot afford this loss. Hence, I request a refund or at least a replacement.

        I bought Skechers footwear in the month of April and couldn't use them because of lockdown so they were kept unused until I used them two days ago. The moment I tried to wear them it's belt tore apart. That is totally unacceptable such a low quality product from such a top brand

          Quality Complaints in Footwear

          We have been using Skechers products for the last 7 years. Between my wife and self, we are currently using about 10 pairs of various footwear.
          Of late the quality of the footwear has deteriorated.
          1. The leather strap in my flip flop peeled off within 3 months o[censored]sage and I had the same repaired in one of your showrooms paying for it.
          2. Within 2 months of regular usage, the sole of the shoe has peeled off.

          We had just bought a pair of skecher shoes a month ago. The guy in the store had very confidently told us that the pair I selected was more durable than my first preference, so we bought the durable pair. The shoes were very comfortable and nice. But after 10 days, the shoes had tear marks on them. The shoes are fortunately returnable, but the shops are closed due to lockdown. Now, we are unable to return the shoes and the shoes are really torn.

            We have always used Skechers for the past 5 years. Between my wife and self we hold about 10 pairs of Skechers footwear.
            Of the the quality has deteriorated badly. In one of my shoes the sole is peeling off. The other pair is the newly introduced Archfit which I started using from mid April 21. The top portion of the heel has started tearing and has damaged by skin badly. I am a regular Walker and wearing the shoes hurts my foot badly.
            Will upload the photos of the quality deficiencies in the shoes and also the damage inflicted on my foot

                I have purchased skechers shoes from amazon and delivered yo me on 19.2.21. It damaged from sides within two months and images/complaint send to skechers by email, whereas skechers denied to replacement saying that this is due to regular wear & tear. My ticket no. is 178027. It is pertinent to mention here that I have just used these shoes carefully only about 20 days in office use and its the manufacturing defect that how the pasting remove from sides within 2 months and skechers denying the replacement saying that regular wear & year. Then I asked to skechers to explain, whether shoes are only purchased for show piece to keep in almirah. You are, therefore requested to do the needful on urgent basis, so as to not to harras the customer, by wasting his money to purchase skechers shoes, as wise penny spent by him.

                  Please refer to Ticket No.165727 with Sketecher Customer Care this Complaint is lanched for Manufacturing defet in the Month of 4th Of March 2021.

                  I am totallt un happy with the reply received from Sketchers. My Shoe need to be Replaced or I should get the Full Value Return of the Item
                  ( You can not ask us to Accept 50% Amount since it is purchased in Scheme)

                      Dear Sketchers and Company,
                      We had purchased blue colored sketchers from our local shop in December 2020. The condition of the sketcher has gone bad in not even a year. The shoes has only been used for brisk walking and no other use. If we use it more the condition could worsen. The local shop is shut because of lockdown enforced for 15 days.
                      Please help us find a solution to the problem. The effective solution to the problem from our side would be repairing it or exchanging it as soon as possible.

                        It has been more than 2 weeks, I had raised issue as my brand new skechers shows get detached from toe cap, till now there is no resolution i can tell you go through all communication on ticket number 173511.
                        M very much disturb by this service m regular athlete since 10 years i was using Nike, first time i come to skechers for my feets
                        It looks like I will never even see or visit store by this service

                          Good Morning!

                          I am writing this email from Uttarakhand Kotdwar.
                          I have been using Skechers from years now and my family also uses the Skechers. I have been gifting Skechers to all my relatives and family members. I have raised this complain

                          In the month of October-20 I bought Skechers for my wife and she had hardly used this shoes for one to two months that too only for walk as due to lockdown it was not possible to move around so much. My wife is a house maker and doesn't even travel else where. You will be surprised to see the shape change of the shoes and she is also complaining that shoes is hurting her little finger .

                          We don't know what to do. Sharing the picture of shoes. I am first time surprised to she Skechers getting so bad in few months other wise we have used same Skechers shoes for years.

                          I don't have any bill for this. This is my registered mobile number is Skechers outlet in Kotdwar Uttarakhand India. The store is closed permanently in Kotdwar. I have shared my credit card statement for the payment paid to the Skechers Prime Apparel Kotdwar outlet but still no response.

                          Please see to this serious quality issue and revert.

                            I had purchased one shoes from Skechers outlet in Bhubaneswar. After 3 months major pasting issue detected. When approached the showroom, they also admited the the same and forwarded the same to the HO. However after few days they informed me that HO is not admitting and asking them to repair the same from outside. Which was not acceptable to me as a customer. I had also written to there customer service team several times but they are not admitting the issue rather they are saying the damage is due to usage where as the shoe was not even used for more thn 5-6 times.

                                I had purchased a "Boys Truxton" Shoes for my son in one of the Skechers outlets at Orion Mall, Rajajinagar, Bangalore on 2nd October 2020.

                                The shoes are torn in-spite of less usage and I'm very disappointed as I believe Skechers was a premium brand and hence I bought it.

                                The shoes are not being used much as my son has and uses other pairs of shoes which are bought from Decathlon and their condition is quite excellent.

                                I'm attaching the pictures of the shoes for your reference.

                                I have written a email to Skechers Customer Support team on 15th January 2021 and got a reply that their quality team has gone through the details and they have observed that it does not appear to be a manufacturing defect, and is more likely a case of product usage.

                                Ticket number is 153215

                                Please help me to get a refund.

                                    Product Quality

                                    I have purchase shoes in june but not use due to pendamic i have have even started using before 1 and half month back but product quality is very poor. But company is denied to given a claim or exchange or anything else.
