Today I visited the Skechers showroom at OMR, Chennai, TamilNadu, India; along with my family. I was very much insulted and humiliated by the counter person Leejoe by making me wait for nearly two hours with my family and child due to Mr. Ajay Bahadur (Area Manager) giving inaccurate directions to him. He bluntly wants us to leave the showroom by commuting some vague response without understanding my fundamental transaction history.

Presently I have a ton of mental agony due to the Sketchers area manager Mr. Ajay Bahadur and his inadequate knowledge in handling the regular customers like me, my problem is not solved yet by anyone at OMR Skechers store as per the below email.

Is there anyone in Skechers Management or on its behalf to solve my issue appropriately???….

    Why are you not responding to this issue?

    Hey, did you receive your order or get your money back? Because same thing just happened with me. I successfully made payment but there is no order confirmation SMS or email sent to me. There is nothing showing in order history. Idk what to do now. Did they help you?

          I purchased skechers shoes from sector 17 chandigarh store in the monthe of september. But within 2 to 3 months o[censored]sing the shoes they starting hurting my foot while walking...Ii.e...A blister is formed under my foot every time i walk with it and becomes difficult to walk further.
          I contacted the customer care and explained my problem but they refuse to exchange or return . Why such a reputed brand is not providing any solution...Do we need to go to the consumer court?? kindly sort out my matter.

                  Product came out to be poor in quality. The sole of the shoe was cracked and Its not even been a year now and the pasting of the shoes has come out completely from all sides.

                    I have ordered a shoes on 24th nov there was no update on the order after 10 days I got mail my order was cancelled without any updates they refund was not initiate till now have send lot of mails no reply from their end

                              Dear Sir,

                              I'm writing this mail to complain about the poor quality of my newly purchased skechers sports shoes (skechers sports 8790015 bkw size uk10). I purchased these shoes from kamal footwear (sector 10, faridabad) on 20th nov 2021.I paid rs 2, 999 for this (cash memo attached).
                              Unfortunately, the product quality is not up to the mark. After wearing them for 3 days I had a bit of discomfort in my right foot, as one of the memory foam is small in size and my toe is not fitting properly on the base, which is causing me problems while walking and running. The main reason behind the purchase was to get a good experience and comfortable shoes for gym, which now seems to be unfulfilled. Also, the colour from the front is fading and white patches are visible which gives a very bad and ugly look to the shoes.

                              I went to the shopkeeper but he is not able to resolve the problem and after many visit no action has been taken, he's just wasting our time.

                              I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.and would very much appreciate it if the shoes are replaced or appropriate credit is redeemed.
                              Please do this on an urgent basis.

                                I purchased a product on Skechers on 27th November..the tracking page now says it does not exist...order is still processing.. Customer care nobody picks up...worst experience from such a brand

                                I have the same issue, order placed on 28th November 2021. Wrote email 2 times to [email protected] but still no one contacted me. Not even replied to my mails. I also tried to call customer care number but no one is going to pick or answer, only the automated machine is speaking and telling to wait for some time. This is such a bad customer service I have ever seen. Not expected this kind of service from Skechers while it is a very well known brand. Need to file a complaint in Consumer Court.

                                  I have ordered shoes from skechers.in on 25/11/2021 but still delivery of shoes is not initiated further I have not received any communication related to delivery of shoes. I also tried to contact call center number provided on official Indian web site between 10 am to 6pm IST[protected] and +91 [protected]) many times but no one pic ups the call. The website is even not allowing me to login my account from last 3 days. Its too frustrating. I am afraid of loosing my money. I want my shoos.

                                    I have ordered a shoe on line through the skechers website as on 21st November & made rs5499/=. I have also registered on their site with my email ID. My order no is : SO[protected]

                                    Under my account the order is shown as placed ...however there is no progress on it since day one.
                                    I tried tracking order directly through the website. It says order no/ email doesnt exist. I have written 3 mails over the last few days asking for help. The automated response says some one will contact me within 24 to 48 hours but there has been no response at all. I tried the customer service numbers[protected] & also [protected]...but no one picks the ph except for answering machine. I request for update on the order pl pl pl

                                      My Order #SO[protected] had 2 Pair of shoes. 1 Mens and 1 Women.
                                      I have received only 1 pair of shoes ( Mens ) and there is no way of contacting skechers. Have sent email, tried calling their customer care but no one is answering. Order was Placed on 22/11/2021
