I recently purchased a beige pink shoes on 9th Dec 2022. After a usage of 20 days they were washed & to my horror the pink inside material has stained the beige mesh of shoes. I have been trying to coordinate with Skechers via Customer call service & email but they keep replying they cant replace my pair because their quality team doesn't find it to be quality issue but in response email they are saying they will take care in future about quality & feedback.
I had spend 3800 rupees for my comfort not to serve as a Guinee pig for a company
