Skechers India — rejection of claim

I refer to my Complain and respond of the Company .During Dec 2018 I-Purchased one shoes from Sketchers ShownRoom C G Road Ahmedabad
I had been to USA from 10.05.19:to 27.06.2019.During Early May It Came to my Notice that there was Some damage to my shoes.it was Not Possible form me to repair or replace at US.After Coming back I Contacted theCompany But they are refusing to repair or Replace since time period expired on15, 06, 19
