Skechers India — Replacement of shoes

Dear team

I bought skechers air - cooled memory foam shoe pair black colour on[protected]
Barcode[protected]/bbk)
Amounted with 5499 with discount of ₹2199 (40%)

Dear team, i am not satisfied with the entire quality of the product. I didn’t get money worth at all
I visited the store, now they are refusing to exchange the product preventing there store loss.

Actually as we all know there was 3 months entire lockdown all thru india.

Shoe was not used at all in between this period

I only used this shoe for 2 months
Hereby i’m sending you the entire images of the product in present conditions
With the billing information.

Its outer layer has torn from two sides
Front and side
The base from the top of the shoe (Fingers side) has been stucked off from fabric

Please i want my product to get replaced

Kindly resolve my complaint.
