Skechers India — Sales person misguided and made Us buy a wrong product just for the sake of selling

Today I went to the Sketchers show room at 101, Saradha College Road, Fairlands, Salem, Tamilnadu, India
and asked for a indoor walking sandals. He initially said he does have much stocks. But then he showed one sandal and convinced me that it is walking sandal. It is very expensive costing Rs. 4999/ But still I wanted to buy a proper walking slippers for indoor walking for my fitness tracking. After I bought that I tried at home I started getting severe back pain as there was little bit of high heel. I asked him before buying about the high heel and he said it’s cushioning effect . Just for the sake of selling he gave a wrong product and this kind of sales persons should not be entertained in international companies like Sketchers. I request you to refund my money.
