I took a new skechers slippers yesterday and for only one day my foot is painful. I have paid 3700 rs for that... I want a exchange or please refund my money

I purchased my shoe from Amazon, after 4 month o[censored]se memory foam sole is damaged.

I recently placed an order for Skechers New Moon- Callisto (black) from "skechers.in" . Payment has been completed but neither have I received any confirmation email nor is it showing in the Order history.

It is informed that I had purchased a pair of Shoe from Skechers outlet at pacific mall in Netaji Subhas Palace, New Delhi. This shoe got damaged within one week (pasting of the shoes has been come out) and quality of this shoe is not adequate as the branded shoe. I immediately sent pics of this shoe and wrote a complaint to skechers, India. subsequently a ticket number 282592 was issued to me regarding my complaint. In response of this complaint, an email dated 11.07.2022 received from Balpreet kaur, customer care, skechers India that the product does not qualify for an exchange. As I request many time to Skechers outlet and try to connivance regarding the quality of the product but all my efforts goes to waste. Staff of this outlet not even listen my problem and misbehave with me.

In the view of above, I humbly submitted to look into the matter as the high valuable product of branded company can not get away with it only to say that this product does not qualify for an exchange.

I have been trying to get a pair of shoe replaced for the last 2 years. The shoe was not comfortable and it's base was unbalanced. I reported the same to them but they did not paid any heed to it. Skechers India does not value its customers as they value the customers of other countries. I am their regular customer even till date, but what they did was very unethical.

मेरे द्वारा 2 महीने पहले जो जूते लिए गए थे उसमें बिलकुल भी कलर निकल चुका है और कंपनी का कहना है कि आप ही के यूज करने में कोई दिक्कत है मैं कहूंगा कि यह सबसे बेकार कंपनी है जो अपने कमियों को नहीं मानते हुए कस्टमर को दोषी ठहरा रही है मेरा सभी से यही कहना है कि इसके जूते कोई नहीं ले की व्यक्ति महंगे जूते लेता है और अगर 2 महीने में उन चीजों की हालत इतनी खराब हो जाए कि वह पहनने के लायक ही नहीं बचे तो फिर वह जूते लेने का क्या मतलब

I purchased Skecher Shoes Go-Walk Hyper Pillar in March-22, but its Hyper Pillar at Sole got de-shaped, hence needs to be replaced

I have purchased shoes on 12 may and light was not working after 2 months of it, I called to the company but den Dey asked me to mail it .

This is a complaint regarding shoe bite of the shoe bought recently from skechers. It is causing wounds and a lot of pain in the feet making it unable to wear. The price of shoe is 7000 rs and now seems to be a waste for me. I request you to please see the photos attached and revert back asap. A proper and good solution is been awaited. Also i request you to refund my money back against a credit note so that i can change my shoe from another one

Dear sir, i have purchase shoe elite flex- aelhill 52874 -burg size 11 mrp. 5799. From skechers outlet in ahmedabad on date: 30/04/2022. 4.04 pm
i have use this shoes in rare (limited ) time for walking and casual uses. Within 30 days i have seen the sole of shoes is looks like damaged and the pasting of solves comes out on both shoes (l&r).
I am regular users of skechers shoes but first time i have seen such complain like this in the shoes.
Please advise me the next step or action regarding this issue.

First I purchase shoes in 31 January 2022 of 5500 rs ...than in in 15 days net of shoes broken ...than they replace my shoes with new one of rs 6000 . But with in one month net of these shoes also broken...So kindly replace my shoes or refund me...thanku...Hope for favorable response...As I am the regular customer of sketchers.

Purchased Go Walk 6 shoes on[protected] already Insoles has worn out & holes appeared - in a span of 3 months only.
I have written to the company but they replied saying the defect may be due to usage - this is unacceptable as the shoes are used only for walking. It's shocking to hear that the company is blaming the damage due to usage as stated in their mail. Insole gets worn out within three months of purchase of a Shoe costing Rs.6500/-...

I purchased arc fit and it gave me a shoe bit. I didn't expect to buy a 7000 Rs shoe and find it so uncomfortable. Im am highly disappointed.

I purchased GO WALK HYPER BURST-GLIMMER H in April. Just realized with the latest tech. Such apathetic decision of losing money in this one.

My sheen bone and feet hurt like hell. Can't walk much after1.5-2 hrs itself. I have been a fan of Skechers all this year but this one was the most expensive shoe from them that I decided to bet on again and failed miserably. I hat eit. I would like to have my money back or exchanged for another one.

Cheap quality shoes with no durability at all. I purchased a pair of walking shoes and within 3 months and few days, the shoes started developing holes in the upper part of the shoes. I raised the issue (Ticket No. 264062) to the customer care but all Ms. Anita Tevar from customer care had to say is that the claim is rejected by quality assurance team. The same reply was given again and again.

This is to inform that its not about a one month i hsve bought sketchers online from flipcart. My shoes cloth from inner side tored after one wash. Kindly repair it or replace it.

On 16th August 2021 I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes from the company authorised outlet Dharampeth, Nagpur bearing its invoice no B87/FCM/01737Aug21 and paid the amount of Rs 5499.00. Now it has been 8 months while using it i find that the holes provided for lace have been cut and in this condition while using it will not last more than 3 to 4 months .
I have mailed to the company but they say nothing can be done .

I had bought skechers go walk shoes hoever after couple of months o[censored]se the shoe is bad the foam has wethered and it is too uncomfortable to use.
A complauint had been lodged voa email hpoever everytime the complaint is being closed by them without a resolution.
