Skechers India — Shoes ordered from Skechers website

I have ordered(#SO[protected] a pair of shoes from Skechers website on 25th Dec 2020. It's been 20 days since I ordered the shoes, there is no update on the status of the delivery of the product on Skechers website or the delivery partner website. I have called on customer care[protected] number 6-7 times, but their answer is the same every time that your product is shipped and will be delivered in 1-2 days. And now when I am asking for a refund they are denying that too, saying your order is shipped and is not refundable. If my order is shipped where is the product they are not able to answer that too.
