A month ago, I purchased Sports shoes from Skechers India from its Kharar Outlet in Punjab. I am so disappointed with the product as they got damaged within a month o[censored]se. The upper layer of both the shoes got cracked as shown in the picture provided below. I wish to get a full refund or exchange according to the policy of the company.
