Skechers India — unsatisfied products

The material of the shoe purchased is of low quality and the product is damaged within 6 months and the customer service is really bad and the sales man is lying about the warranty period of the product purchased which is 6 months and the sales person claims that it’s only for 3 months and they would need the bill to do anything further and puts the blame on the customer. Is this an encouragement for the customers to never purchase any product of your company and not recommend it to anyone and this was done in the jayanagar branch in bangalore and i would like the company to take some action against it and i personally feel this was cheap move done by the sales persons
