I bought skeshers shoes 2 january 2020. I got manufacturing faults in my shoes after 8 days of buying that was 10 january 2020. I went in skechers showroom and gave to owner of that shop. He took that shoes and said you can buy new shoes in this price after receiving revert o[censored]s. Today he said this not manufacturing fault and we can not give revert.

Shoes not worth looking at & in pathetic shape and i am not is position to use this... Your quality is questionable please suggest because i can’t bear this wrong commitment because they assured for best service and quality...

    I had purchased a skecher pure running shoe by myntra. com. l have been using it from 4 days.The shoe is comfortable and perfect but soel quality is very bad after 4 day using by running in 5k to 6k shoe soel got scratched. I am very disappointed by skecher brand please resolve my problem .Thank you

      Since few days, i started noticing some irregularities in my shoe. The front side of the shoe layer has been shrunk and layers of the shoe leather is coming out and thus somewhat causing bad look. I am also enclosing the bill and the images of my defected shoe.

      I always trust the skechers brand for its durability and the leather quality but this is very unfortunate and unbelievable for me to understand how a few month old shoe can behave this way.

      I request your kind team to please consider my case and issue replacement for my shoe.

        Just two days back i have purchased arch fit shoes on the assurance that by using it for 2 days it will take shape of d feet and will be adjusted.. However till date nothing has happened and m facing great difficulty n pain in feet as well as toes while using it..
        Ultimately i found that ur franchise outlet situated at gwalior has committed cheating with me and supplied d defected piece.

          I am azhar sayyed i had purchase shoes from regal shoes pune on[protected]. I have used that shoes only 2 to 3 times and the shoes have torn apart as it was defective piece and not properly made. The said shoes was not of good quality as per brand name and has lowered the reputation of the company. Kindly replace my shoes as I am regular customer of sketchers.             I had purchased this shoes from sketchers store in mumbai and started developing blisters on my toes, they asked me to submit my shoes. I had dropped them at the store from which i purchased and they said within 5-7 business days they will do qc and call me. It’s been 28 days and i am yet waiting, what do i need to do, now there’s no response also.

              Foam from the inner sole of the shoe tore off within one year o[censored]se.

              I bought the shoe from skechers outlet in forum mall, bangalore around may - june 2019. I had once complained regarding the skechers logo fading off at the outlet. The person in the shop explained that it is normal. Hence, i didn't escalate.

              But, now the foam itself from the inside sole itself as torn off on its own.

              I expected a brand like skechers to last me atleast for a minimum of 3 years and this is the condition of the shoe under an year.

                I purchased skechers shoes from flipkart and after 20 days i found that in one shoes have some defect in stitch and i shared the complain with customer support after 35 days continously following up now they reply that is not any manufacturing defect while pictures are clearly shown that is manufacturing defect. I checked that shoes from skechers stores locally and they agreed that is manufacturing defect but due to online shopping they can't replace the shoes. Now i am helpless. This is my first and worst experience with skechers. I will not purchase any product of this company as well as suggest to others also if they can not provide such kind of customer satisfaction or assistance that means i have to rethink about the company products. I want to replace my shoes, kindly help me.

                  I bought skecher shoes from junction mall durgapur, in 10 days it was found defective and torn, more over its defeactive and uncomfortable to use, i have made complaint for replacement of shoe but they say will just paste and give back, its really disrespect treatment with customer buying costly shoes and getting response of repair, i request to lodge a complaint and close the fraid stores in India...

                  The issue that i have experienced was: just after purchasing of six months, the shoe stitches got torned. The surface of the tongue of a shoe also got torned as well as some parts too. Wrinkle is there in the overall shape of the shoe. Whereas i never walked on off roads with this shoe, only walked in plan area. Moreover daily walking time with this shoe is also not very high.

                    I’ve purchased skechers sports shoes on 7th july 19 from connaught place skechers shop new delhi invoice no. C02p[protected]. I m very disappointed and shocked to see the quality of material used by such a premium brand and both the shoes have dislocated from the sole. Very disappointing and sad to see the condition within 4 months o[censored]se. Hope you’ll look into the matter do the needful to get my shoes replaced as they in warranty period.

                      I bought relaxed fit memory foam slippers 5 months back... The sole is cracked and the bottom which support heel is torn like a paper... I bought it for 3000 rupees and it didn't even last for 5 months... I need support regarding this... If it the quality you are providing what is the need to buy skechers "brand" having faith in quality... I strongly believe you will address this issue... This will affect the hope and faith i have towards skechers...

                        I had purchased footwear for parents on jan 27 2019 but yesterday the strap of slippers was pulled out
                        I had purchased from tonk road showroom gajrup. But to my surprise it has been shut down. I had visited nearby showroom but it denied to provide me repair service. Then i had gone through the warranty terms of skechers which says there is two year warranty.
                        I don’t have bill available but have credit card bill amounting rs 6023.
                        We had purchased one pair of gents shoes and ladies footwear

                        I must say that this poor quality is not expected of big brands.

                        Pls arrange to get it repaired as it would be mockery if i get it repaired from a local cobbler and cannot afford to spend ₹ 2800 just for 8 months use.

                        I had bought a pair of Skechers shoes on 17 April 2019 from Bilaspur Skechers Show Room, Chhattisgarh which I do not use regularly even one of the shoes kneated thread has been damaged from front side, and torn. It is very bad to have such shoes on a high price. It costed me high amount but I saw it worse than cheaper shoes. I want it to return

                            The shoe is torn and is in very poor condition. I didnt expect this type of quality from the sketchers company. Even the inside part of the shoes are torn and its dishonorable, not feel good in front of anyone who see my shoes in this kind of situation and even though its from the sketchers company i feel shame. I request you to replace this item with the new one as soon as possible. I purchased this shoe at a high price so i want the shoes in a new condition.

                              I have bought this shoes in 5th may 2019. But one of my shoes getting damaged but it is not of my fault. What i have to do for it.                               The tearing of net from the toe area in both shoes : I have been using shoes of Nike and other brands earlier never faced such issue. The reason to go for Skechers was the scientific advice from my friend about the lower shoe drop and fit for walking and some mild exercises.

                              This is quite disturbing as the shoes are now cannot be used and I am just waiting for immediate solution. I took them to your store but they mentioned that this area can not be repaired as the patch will be visible and the exact colour match of Orange and Black will not happen even if we try to repair them.

                                Within usage of one month only my slippers got broken. Sliopers bend is broken. N i had minimum use of slippers because i m consultant of medicine because i am doctor by profession. I have really bad experience with skechers. And i reallly not expected from sketchers. And with different city your stores are not responding well.

                                  The shoes were purchased in june 2019 from lifestyle store, seawoods grand central, seawoods darave, navi mumbai.
                                  Not even 2 months later the stitching from both shoes is torn off.
                                  The shoes have been worn 6-7 times only.
                                  The knitted upper has come undone from both sides.
                                  The shoe size is right and there has been no distressed usage, only casual walking.
                                  As it is a knitted upper there is no chance of repair so i want to requet a refund or a replacement.
