Dear sir,
1. I am an army officer, i purchased a pair of skechers goga pillar go walk 3 from mgf metropolitan mall, gurugram, showroom about 9 months ago.
2. To my surprise, the upper of both the shoes is ripping from side of laminated toe area. (Photos attached for reference). I took the pair to skechers showroom at lucknow who advised me to bring to your kind notice about the product. The tearing is not usual in the product of a standard company like yours. Skechers, being a supremely popular company, must do something about it. We army faternity are ardent fan of skechers shoes and i have bought almost 10 pairs for me and my family member.
3. Though the products may be out of warranty but keeping in view the reputation of your company, the technicians to be apprised about such flaw in the product.
4. As a good gesture, pls replace this pair and take my compalint seriously for your further production
