Greeting from team Smytten,

We have refunded rs249 for wrong item sent in order {5848119} on 1st August 2022. The refund has been done into the Paytm wallet. The refund ID is {20220801111212801300168759332029127}. The full size product is missing so 149 for that what the actual price is and 2 free items were missing hence 100rs for both the free items.

I ordered product from smytten and one product is missing now they are saying ticket is resolved without asking customer anything I received products checked it immediately and raised tickets within 5 mins but after 3hrs they just sent MSG ticket resolved and I am trying to contact them through this no [protected] which is not in use they should provide the correct no in Google
