Smytten — I haven't received a product which I ordered for

I have ordered a foot scrubber on 17th Dec and estimated delivery is mentioned as 20th Dec I still didn't received the package. When I tried to track the shipment it is showing "TRACKING NOT AVAILABLE" Can you please look into this and deliver the product ASAP. This is really bad when we order a product and don't even get tracking details when the delivery date has already crossed.

I have ordered fc foundation on 20th April but still I don't receive my product. When I try to track my order they said tracking not available. If there is any problem then plz let me know or return my money
