I placed an order with Smytten on[protected]Order ID:[protected] which included the following trial products:
Mascara
Eyeliner
Hot Water Bag
BB Cream
Lip Tint
Sunscreen
Dot & Key Night Cream
However, when I received the order, two items – Mascara and Dot & Key Night Cream – were completely missing from the package.
Additionally, the quality of the other products was very poor and not as expected. Some items seemed old or partially used. I raised a complaint regarding this, but to my surprise, it was closed without proper investigation or explanation.
Smytten’s response was:
"We’ve cross-checked your order and confirmed that all items were packed & dispatched correctly... we’re unable to proceed further in this case."
This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. The main issue here is that two products were missing, and still, no resolution or refund has been offered.
I request Consumer Complaints India to take up this matter and help me get a refund or the missing items re-delivered. I am attaching screenshots of my complaint and their unsatisfactory reply as proof.
