Snapdeal.com — Cancel order with reason courier company returned

I have placed an #Order ID: [protected] date Placed on: Sat, 20 Feb, 2016 for Micromax 50C3600 FHD / 50C7550 FHD 127 cm (50) Full HD LED Television With 1 + 2 Year Extended Warranty and after successful a payment I also received notification that order has been shipped and also received tracking number as well.

However after 2 days when I have inquired about order status I received email from them that your order has been cancelled and we will process with refund. The reason they ware showing is Currier company returned product.

While I have asked to ship another product they told me to order once again with higher price so in short they are looking to attract users with big advertisement and also accepting orders but after that they are cancelling and cheating to customers.

My only concern is to have product I have ordered.

Because of their big advertisement I have lost an opportunity to buy another LED from flipkart and I have trusted to snapdeal and they are just replying with this reasons.

I have already discussed and you guys repeating same story so there is waste of time to disuses or to write. I need answer in this thread.
Snapdeal Support what is going on ? what happened dont have any words to say ?
Another issue, I have places another order to TV remote and they delivered duplicate remote and when I have asked they said its not something they can return and refund.

They are really sick ppl guys dont buy from them ever else you will be in trouble. Focus on flipkart or amazon
